Cobblestone Hotel and Suites Torrington

Seems like staff is a little short handed, felt bad with how busy it was. The people tending the bar should also have a way to receive credit tips! No one carries cash anymore :-) Other than that, the service was excellent when time was available, everything was clean and as expected

Assistant manager was rude to us and to customers. She sat out on the front curb smoking cigarettes most of the time and even let incoming guests walk right by without a greeting and then having to pick up the front desk phone to get service. Manager berated employees in front of the guests multiple times and even told one that they didn't care about the bar service; (The electronic sign out front says the bar is welcome to the public.)

We stayed here twice. Once on our way to our destination and once on our way home. We’ve also stayed here on other times that we’ve gone to the same place. It’s very convenient and clean. The staff is always friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a very clean place and a nice hotel for being in a small town! There was a honest make in our second night but they corrected it and gave us that free night. So they didn’t have to do that but they did! I thank them for that.. Great place to stay in a small town in the middle of on where!
