What a great place for economical price! Check in was pleasant, informative and friendly. All staff we came in contact with were exceptionally friendly. Room had great supply of personal products, comfortable beds, and 2 tables!! Bonus was dog run with patio seating area right outside with grills for guest use. Will be our go to when traveling the area.

I needed to help my parents arrange their visit and was blessed to get Charmayne to help me. She went above and beyond to walk me through the process. It's rare to find this kind of customer service these days. My parents are very pleased with their room. They said it is clean and feels very good after their long drive. Kudos to Motel 8 Rock Springs! We are grateful for this excellent experience. 100% recommended :)

The room stank - I stayed 15 minutes, alerted the staff of the issue, and changed hotels as there is no way I could stay there. The management declined to refund me, which I feel is wrong. I would advise you to avoid and book across the street at Super 8 instead.

Clean room, nicely decorated, slept well great bed Superior in every way to other economy motels Stayed three nights and found it to be quiet Several restaurants within easy walking distance Our two Golden Retrievers were welcome-no charge Though it did not affect our stay, we suspect the desk clerk was a former checking clerk at the state penitentiary- the grimmest we have encountered Our room was second floor and carrying our belongings up a flight of stairs at our age was not pleasant. Recommend

We stopped at this motel and checked with desk clerk- she was very nice and helpful. We liked the rate and then discovered the room, this is a very nice place . The room was clean and very nice. It is a real nice place to stay and we recommend it, We have been to more expensive motels that were not as nice as this one. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The desk clerk “Tracy” was excellent - very upbeat and positive. This is a very nice place to stay without breaking the bank.
