We would give this IHG a ten. On our arrival the lady at check-in was very friendly. She welcomed me as an IHG member and thanked me for our loyalty. There were complimentary bags of popcorn, as well as, cookies. (10 seconds in the microwave and quite tasty.) The hotel was clean inside and out. The room was very updated. Nice modern lights beside the beds. The room was very welcoming and bathroom had good lighting too. There was a large screen TV with a wide choice of channels. We will stay here again!

One of the best hotels we stayed at our entire trip. Everything was so clean. Cleanest hotel shower ever! Choice of pillows: hard of soft. King room was very spacious. Good breakfast. very accessible off the interstate. Restaurants close by.

We stayed on the first floor and it was a quiet, clean hotel. Extremely comfortable bed — the best on our three-week trip, actually. Comfortable chair and side table for relaxing and a roomy bathroom with plenty of countertop space and a good zero entry shower. My husband said 5e pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Would gladly recommend and stay again.

Very clean, friendly staff, very comfy beds and a good location to stop off during our road trip! Breakfast was nice with quite a few options. It also starts early which is ideal for leaving early if you need. Pool was lovely and warm, especially the hot tub and the gym had everything you need.

There were some pretty big issues with my stay there. The thermostat didn't work at all, thus making the room overly warm. I called for help from the Front Desk, they did offer to move me, but I had two dogs with me, one of whom is elderly and it didn't seem worth the hassle for one night. The woman said if I became a member of IHG, they could give me points, but otherwise no discount because I booked in advance through Booking.com. In addition, there was something weird with the water pressure in the shower. When I changed it from cold to hot, the pressure dropped to just a trickle coming from the shower head. The room itself was nicely set up with a comfortable bed and a large screen tv. But the issues outweighed that especially considering the price I paid.

Go 40 miles and you are at Saratoga, Wyoming, go 60 miles and you are at the Sierra Madre Mountains or the Snowy Range. The Martin's Cove Handcart Center and Independence Rock are only 70 miles from Rawlins. The Natrona County International Airport in Casper Wyoming is 117 miles from Rawlins with many daily flights.
