Comfort Inn & Suites Near University of Wyoming

The customer service was amazing. There was never a wait, and there was always a friendly person there.Everything worked including the hot tub. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Also, the decor was tasteful and an extra touch was the Christmas tree with local decorations that made the lobby feel like Wyoming. Well done! We will be back.

We were traveling from Mississippi back home to Portland Oregon. We stayed at this hotel because it worked out for the amount of time we wanted to drive. We were so glad we chose this hotel. The room was nice but the best part was the staff. Abby, the manager,was awesome as well as Nate and Melinda. Highway 80 west was closed for 6 to 8 hours the morning of our departure and Nate helped us figure out a route that bypassed the trouble and got us to our next destination. Abby loaded us up with some goodies for the trip. I can't express enough how great they all were. Plus, they loved our Goldendoodle Maybelle.

Nice motel, good breakfast, clean rooms. good parking, elevator to upper floors was nice. Air conditioning kept room cool, the staff were friendly, right off interstate and easy to find. A little bit pricey but all of Laramie is expensive. Will stay here again.

The reception team were wonderful and they gave us a map of Laramie, directions to avoid the horrendous roadworks, a few dinner recommendations (well worth taking). Hotel, bedroom, bathroom all clean. Breakfast was good. Minor issue was there was no microwave to heat the porridge.

Worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed at. Management is so cheap, employees told us they had been out of forks for breakfast for 2 days. We had been traveling for 8 hours and it was storming pretty bad. Checked in to our room expecting to kick back and relax watching a little TV and listen to the rain. Not happening TV was out because of weather. Their system was Direct TV. Front Desk said they lose TV every time it storms. Management too cheap to look for better provider. I have spent 10 years on the road 200+ days a year and have stayed in 100s of motels and this is the first where they ran out of forks and lost TV because of a storm. And management said they were out of forks because of the storm? These are the amenities I paid $200 for a nights stay.
