Beartooth Inn

**** READDDDD***** The hotel itself is mainstream, could be a great place if more care was put into the place. Now lets get to the management, if they are the owners...wrong move, if they just run the place under someone then they need to be outed. These people are the nastiest most rude people I have ever met. They claim to be the friendliest people you ever met from "Down South" but will take every opportunity to scam you, belittle you, and just be down right nasty. Entitlement like I have never ever seen. If there is one review I hope everyone sees, its this. YOU ARE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR!!!

The room was reasonable. Breakfast okay, thought we might eat too much. Bed was comfortable, turned Air-con off a little noisy. Location was good, just outside of Cody. Room had views of the Mountains. This booking was made on the run, as we had not planned on coming to Cody. The Staff were good.

Thought it would be nice in comparison to the price. Place was horrible and dirty. Food(bbq sauce ) on carpet and wall in the hallway; dryer in guest laundry not working and manager knew it; safety chain on the exterior was kicked off; the a/c was dirty and you could see outside on one side and a mastic bag was stuffed into the crease on the other. Their full buffet breakfast consisted of cereal bars, instant oatmeal , packaged pastries, and nasty coffee. The spa was broken and had been for awhile as well.

PLEASE DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It looks pretty from the road with the neon lights, pond in front and Memorial Park out front but the property is horrible. Our 1st room had exterior access. The door has been bashed in at some point damaging the frame. The door wobbled when you tried to open it. Our 2nd room had a comfy bed, door handle was on backwards so it fun trying to get the door open at first and a noisy AC. The hot tub is still broken. The ice machines for the public are still broken. We asked for a hair dryer because ours was missing from our room. We were told there were none on property. There were, because we saw one in a room. There is NO elevator. Other People were having trouble getting their doors to lock. Our key cards both quit working too. Breakfast was oatmeal with water, yogurt, cereal bars, packaged danish, No Milk.
