Quality Inn & Suites Casper near Event Center

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good - it even included hot items like eggs and sausage or bacon. They provided fresh-baked cookies in the evenings, which was nice. The only complaint I had was that the breakfast area was kind of cramped. There was a large high-top table in the middle of the area with a fireplace nearby. You could get around it, but when groups of guests were congregating at the table with their bags on the floor near them, it was difficult to get in and out of where the food was. Also, the coffee was just OK - I would have appreciated a better-quality coffee.

Based on my notes, the family included my elderly father, my 2 sisters, my elderly aunt, my niece and I arrived safely at the hotel at night time on 28th May 2024 after a continuing road trip from first point, San Jose , California followed by Wendover, Utah. We spent a night at the hotel before continuing the journey to Mount Rushmore, South Dakota. Firstly, the connecting rooms were cozy and clean. Secondly, we went for breakfast at around 6 AM . Thirdly, the free breakfast was scrumptious which included milk, cereals, toasts and sausages to name a few. Hence, it was a perfect stop for walk - in guests on a road trip.

We stayed here on a couple of separate occasions during our recent road trip. The hotel is well located just off I-25 (or at least it would be if there weren't so many roadworks and diversions in place) but there is very little else in the immediate vicinity so you will almost certainly need to drive out for dinner. The room was small and felt dark and dingy. The safe didn't work when we arrived the first time and it took them quite a while to sort it out (even though they sent somebody almost immediately we notified them). The bathroom was tiny and the sink was outside of the bathroom in the main bedroom area. Coffee was very average and it was a real struggle finding enough floor space to open suitcases. Breakfast was the usual rubber eggs and multi coloured Cheerios and you'll definitely need to bring your own HP sauce. I guess you get what you pay for and this place is fine as an overnight stopover but I wouldn't want to spend anymore time here than that.

The hotel was outdated and overpriced. Staff did not alert choice member of promotions that were possible to queen room was tiny and the bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen avoid this hotel. This hotel needs to be remodeled from top to bottom or torn down.

Great hotel, welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent coffee in foyer and warm fresh cookies every day at 5.00pm! Plenty of parking, convenient for national historic trails interpretive centre. Large room, towels changed daily, good breakfast.
