This is our go-to property in Casper, Wyoming. Easy access off the freeway, super well-maintained & quiet; close to shopping. Rooms are sparkling clean; bedding is perfect; bathroom amenities are just right & TV options are over-the-top. The absolutely outstanding staff makes us feel like family. All aspects of this BW speak to the standard of excellence we consistently find here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Casper. The bed and pillows were too soft for our taste; AGAIN I repeat to our taste. The kids running up and down the halls the first night were aggrivating. It was not the fault of the hotel...large groups of students were staying there. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. I had unfortunately thought I had lost my wedding rings there. Ray and the rest of the staff were very kind to go all out to look for it. Fortunately, I found it in the recesses of a pocket of luggage. Thanks!

I'm so tired of corporate greed building these cheaply made hotels. We paid close to $150 for one night to listen to people walking across the upstairs floor, hearing showers run and toilets flush. I even heard the neighbors alarm go off. The curtains do nothing to block out the parking lot light. We had to lay a towel on the floor by the door to block out the hallway light. There were two box elder bugs in our room: one on the wall and the other in the sheets. The pillows were beat to hell and so uncomfortable. The first room we were given actually vibrated and had a loud humming noise. To her credit, the clerk came up to verify our complaint and gave us a new room. She guessed the noise and vibration was coming from the "boiler room". They accept dogs for an additional fee but they don't accept cats. We did enjoy the breakfast and it was run efficiently and in a clean manner. I cannot recommend this place. This was the worst night sleep I've had in a long time.

Rooms are very large and we appreciated the sizeable kitchenette. On-site laundry and gym were also great, and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to local restaurants and cafes and serves as a perfect overnight stay in Casper. We also thought the hotel was great value for money.

The room was very good. Except the pillows were like the ones at grandma’s; some flat, some lumping, etc. The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were good. There was no whole milk, get rid of the skim milk! People can poor water in whole milk. The sausage patty was horrible. I didn’t know if I was eating meat, or a veggie bug patty. It was one of the worst breakfasts ever. The staff was great. They were helpful, and not hiding from the public.
