Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a room with 2 queen beds in January for a 2 night stay in April. Called the hotel to confirm my reservation on March 31st and correct a couple of errors the hotel had on my reservation. Called again on April 2nd to make sure everything was correct and was told they had me down for 2 queen beds for 2 nights. Arrived at the hotel at 6:50 to check in and was asked if I needed 2 beds to which I replied yes I booked a room for 4 people. I was then told that they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds available and they could put me in a room with 1 king bed and would call me to move me for the 2nd night to a room with 2 queen beds. I had no choice but to accept this since there were volleyball & wrestling tournaments in town and no other rooms available. At 2 pm the 2nd day I went to the front desk to find out when they were going to move us and was told that none of the 2 queen rooms that were available had been cleaned yet and to come back at 4. I went back at 4 and after checking with the manager the front desk employee said he was moving me to 607 and then he started typing in his computer and after a couple of minutes told me they didn't have any rooms with 2 queen beds available and that I had to stay in the room with 1 king bed again. I do not understand how a hotel can sell the room you reserved to someone else once, let alone 2 nights in a row. Don't even get me started about how clean, or rather not clean the room was. Terrible sound insulation. Noisy kids up stairs and in the hall ways both nights. Also, the shower head was below my chin (I am 6' 1"). Overall this hotel is awful. Zero stars. DO NOT RECCOMEND!

This was a great location for our three day training. The hotel is older but kept very clean. All of the staff are very good with hospitality and willing to help in any way. The value you get here far exceeds our expectations. They have a great property and it stays pretty busy.

Worst Phuck8ng bar tender you will ever experience. Dumb and gone most of the time. Missing 99 percent of the time. Absolutely a complete Moron. There is very few barns that sell less alcohol to waiting wanton customs than this phucked up place.

Bed was ok, we made do. Hotel is nice. The pool is great for kids. Breakfast was ok, but itâs free so I would say acceptable. It was Sturgis week so lots of bikes which was fine, but we arrived around 8pm and the girl at the front desk was frazzled and we were 3rd in line.. she received a call while we were checking in and was pretty rude w/ the person on the phone (from my end), but maybe I would be too if I was all by myself on a weekend night and Sturgis coming in.. I was surprised there was only 1 person at the desk. I gave her my cc and she took my info, gave me back my card and room keys and no other explanation.. I found out in the morning while checking out that they charge the card when you check out THEN you get your receipt.. would have been nice to have this info upfront.

This hotel room was badly in need of updating. The room was adequate but fixtures and furniture were shabby.. The bathroom overly small with the loudest fan every time you turned on the light. There was no way to turn the fan off. Obviously the fan didnât work because the bathroom was wet and steamed up after a shower. The hotel staff were not overly friendly. The bar was dingy and no one tending the bar at dinner time. No patrons were in the bar at dinner time. We walked out.
