Quality Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells Downtown Waterparks Area

Beds are comfy. Pillows are cozy. Nice hot water after driving for 8 hours. It was still too cold out for the water parks so everything was very quiet and slow. It felt like I had the hotels to myself. I slept well. Only thing I'll add is that the lobby smells sort of musty and there is a 7 dollar fee for service charged after booking online which I know is only 7 bucks however, it would be nice if that were added on the booking site so it's not a surprise when you get here. From personal experience, I've been broke enough to not have 7 bucks available back in my college days so it could happen to someone. I realize this is a tourist area and folks probably do have loads of money to spend which is why they are there however that's not the point. Otherwise, the place was great.

This place is a hidden gem. Plenty of parking, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms are nice and clean and up to date. Breakfast is hot and plentiful in the morning. There is a indor swimming pool. The hotel is pet and family friendly. The parking lot is well-lit and All doors lock properly, and there are security cameras throughout the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and nice. We were in town for a family wedding. Breakfast had many choices and everyone had plenty to eat. We would stay at this property again if we were in the area. It was a great experience. We enjoyed our stay.

We payed for a hot tub room for two nights, to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Before we could even fill the tub, we noticed algae and black mold or something disgusting, around every jet in the tub. After cleaning it, filling it, running it, and emptying it, we cleaned it again. We still couldn't bring ourselves to soak in it, so it was a huge disappointment, as this was the main reason we booked the room. We told the front desk why there was a stained washcloth on the sink, as it was the one we used to clean the jets. They didn't seem to care. I won't ever go back, and honestly we're looking into staying with a new chain. Choice has really went downhill on many ways in the past 5 years or so.

The room was comfortable. It had tile floors.Breakfast was good. A note about the check-in, they have a very stern pet policy that I had not experienced yet on this particular trip( we had already stayed in 3 different hotels by this time) I have yet to encounter such a policy. However off-putting ,I understand. Staff was very nice.
