Ramada by Wyndham Waupaca

I got there around 1:30pm and taking a nap from my drive I was woken up by a male housekeeper banging on my door telling me to open up. And then the next day with my do not disturb hanger on the doorknob I went to the lobby to get a coffee and housekeeping had went into my room and locked me out for around 20 minutes. I could hear them in my room but no one would respond. HVAC didn’t work, small amounts of blood on my pillow

WARNING! Miss advertising. Slides and kid pool haven’t been operational in years. Pictures online are not true. Booked for son’s birthday and immediately left. Smelled like cig smoke everywhere, vents smelled like exhaust, dead bugs, burn holes in blankets, unable to get refund immediately for being on site for 5min, was given a business card to follow up on refund. Still mad still waiting on refund.

I had called ahead and asked if I could get my rooms together and I mentioned the kind of rooms I had and they said no problem. I get there they tell me they don't have them rooms together not even on the same floor. My room wasn't ready they said 10 min it was 30. There were hair ties in the shower from the people before us the bathroom door locked but could be pushed open I mentioned it nothing happened. There were cigarette butts in the pool area and ants. They shut off our cards at 10 lucky we were in the room when we left the sheets and towels from the day before we're still in the halls. The baby pool doesn't work would have been nice if it was mentioned that is why we went there to start with. At the time of check in I saw the kidding pool was down the guy at the desk told me the city shut it down I told him I would have went somewhere else like Par 4 and he told me their's wasn't working either because the city shut their's down. I stopped there and he lied to me their's never was down Very disappointed.

The general manager Debbie Underberg set me up with a close room on first floor. I requested this since my severe Neuropathy makes it hard for me to walk. She was amazing. Every year I stay there for bow hunting and every year there are great improvements. Highly recommend the Ramada in Waupaca WI.

Very dirty! A SIMPLE cleaning goes a long way!! Cobwebs, bugs, dirt and crumbs line the walls and around the beds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
