Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomah

Our stay at Microtel Inn/Tomah was fabulous. First, our room was amazingly clean. Perfect. There wasn’t even dirt in the corners of the bathroom…not one flaw. This went for the entire room. Second, we were greeted by a very welcoming manager , Matthew. We knew then that we had made the right choice. Third, the lobby and breakfast area were decorated so well, like a county inn. I can highly recommend this establishment and will be returning.

I was going to take my son to see a Twins game and also show him UM campus. my son had to work until 9:15 PM. So I looked to book a hotel about 3 hours from Chicago. Tomah seemed like good destination. could wake up and only be under 2 hours away. i chose Microtel. We arrived around 1AM. nice looking lobby. Front desk girl Stacy was great. We ordered a pizza and Stacy even brought it up to our room. That was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and nice lady at front desk Victoria signed me up for Wyndham points during checkout. This hotel served us great. Reasonably priced also. Thanks

Just a cozy, super friendly,clean, comfy place to stop at. Breakfast was offered super early ( 5:30) which is a rarity! Great for people hitting the road early.

What a friendly staff. Everyone we spoke to had a cheery welcoming tone. Check in we joked a little and had a few smiles. Evening Clerk was pleasingly knowledgeable about the area. Morning clerk was the same. Breakfast was the standard continental fare, fruit was fresh. Very cool. (Clementines, wow!). The room was especially clean. Bathroom especially. Clean, full towels. I should note they came up with a fabulous method to get rid of old towels, they have a basket out front with old towels offered to guest to use as rags on their travels. I would stay here again.

We always stop here because we have never had a bad experience here. The front desk is friendly and efficient. Breakfast with pancakes are a good change from waffles. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. If you want to use them, they have two grills and picnic tables outside. Ask for a bed on the opposite side of Interstate 94 for a quieter room.
