The staff are always friendly, and are willing to work with your specific situation. Would recommend to anyone interested in wallet-friendly accommodations. They are currently in the process of renovating the rooms, so there are some with carpet and some with vinyl hardwood flooring. Free toiletries are provided, as well as daily housekeeping offered.

I stayed here when I was doing field work for my research in Wisconsin in 2016. The place was practical and clean, with beds that gave me the good rest I needed. Significantly, the staff really helped me out when I left my backpack with my passport and computer inside. The backpack also contained quite a bit of cash. They really saved me. This was in 2016, and still think fondly of them now in 2022. Thanks!

When we checked in, the room was not cleaned very well. The bathroom sink had some kind of grime on it. The sheets were stained, carpets not vacuumed, the freezer was so packed with ice, couldn't use it. Staff accused me of lying about having a dog in the room. I had some appts, so I was gone for a little while, called the hotel and asked to be transferred to my room where my 14 yr old daughter was, and the woman at the front desk just wouldnt transfer me. Called a few min later and asked for a different room, and was transferred right away. A number of people called and asked to be transferred to my rm and they were not, but could be transferred to any other room. Her behavior was just unacceptable! Will never stay there again as long as she is working there, and will tell everyone I know not to stay there!

We have stayed here for several years for the Iola Car Show. The rooms have always been suitable for the price. Not overly clean but not dirty ( has become more lax in the last year or two). There are several items that have not been kept up (for instance small paint projects in the rooms. There are many mostly residents on the premises but they are overall friendly and unobtrusive. There was no maid service this past stay and we were told that people"called in". We were given clean towels but the towels are rather thin and ineffective. Questioning whether or not we will return.

I had let the motel know I am disabled in my booking memo. The gentleman who checked me in was nice, polite and professional. I was able to drive to my room and park right outside the door to my room. I received a visit from the manager about ten minutes after I had been in the room. She asked me if I had everything I needed. The internet worked well. I never heard any other guests. I slept peacefully all night. If what you need is a bed and a safe spot to spend the night Knights Inn will fit the bill. The building is old but clean and we'll maintained. It loses one star for not having a coff e lot in the room.
