This place is a dump. It used to be a decent place. They use a stupid kiosk check in system where you talk to an agent at some other location who is very hard to understand and quite slow. They use the same system as well at University Inn and Suites in Stevens Point (which is even more of a dump than this place.) Only reason to stay here is if you can't afford to go anywhere else. If I could give it a negative one I would.

Get rid of Kiosk!!! Very frustrating having to wait to talk to a kiosk when a guy is at the front desk waiting to give you the keys. WHY??? Stay here a lot for convenience and price. Will be looking elsewhere because of the Kiosk. Rooms are clean, but I do think they are starting to have a smell (have stayed here many times and it is going downhill). Hopefully management reads reviews because many have complained about the kiosk.

Very small rooms cluttered with useless furniture and moderately clean. Pleasant staff. Minimal breakfast. Old equipment and waste piled up by outside dumpsters next to unmaintained outdoor patio area. Could be nice with a little effort.

Clean and quiet Rates are cheaper than any other place in the area but wasnât about the money as it was looking for clean and comfortable and it was perfect and in a great location
