Clean, people were friendly no issues, but the bed was hard as we're the pillows. I didn't get alot of sleep due to the bed and pillows. I didn't eat there. The refrigerator works great. They were having the carpets cleaned so it smelled nice.I would stay again, but bring my own pillows.

When we arrived at the Baymount hotel, everything initially seemed fine, giving us hope for a relaxing getaway. However, after our visit to the hot tub as the sun set, our experience quickly took a turn for the worse. To begin with, the water in the hot tub was disappointingly cold, failing to provide the soothing soak we had anticipated. The chill was unexpected, especially after a long day of travel, and it dampened our spirits. As we settled into our room, additional issues surfaced. The air conditioning heating unit was quite noisy, emitting a persistent, rattling sound that made it difficult to fall asleep. On top of that, the cleaning products used on the sheets seemed to irritate our skin, leaving us with an uncomfortable itchiness throughout the night that added to our overall unease. If you plan to stay at this place, I strongly recommend bringing your own pillow. The ones provided were lumpy and lacked any semblance of softness, making it hard to find a comfortable position to sleep. Another concern was the morning clean-up. The shower had frustratingly low water pressure, which felt like a deliberate effort to cut water costs. Consequently, if you enjoy a refreshing shower, be prepared for a lukewarm trickle that does little to invigorate you as you start your day. Lastly, there was the persistent issue of a malfunctioning alarm clock in the bedroom. It buzzed incessantly, creating a rhythmic annoyance that kept us on edge every few minutes. The only solution was to unplug it entirely, which we had to do in the dead of night, interrupting our rest further. Overall, while the hotel had potential, several shortcomings hindered what could have been a pleasant stay.

This was my first time traveling alone. I appreciated a reasonable price, well lit parking that is close to the entrance, and exceptionally clean bathrooms! It was easy to grab a bagel from their free breakfast on the way to see my friend, and with key drop check-out I was on the road ahead of schedule when it was time to go home.

Hot make your own waffles breakfast... Biscuits and gravy and other continental options. We usually go out, but stayed in for breakfast both days. Pool is warm and enjoy the hot tub in the room. Pet friendly and accommodating.. we stay here quite a bit!

We had booked a two night stay in a double queen and upon check in the desk clerk said there was a slight problem as our room somehow only was booked for one night. However, they upgraded us to a whirlpool suite and even offered to help us with our luggage to move to the suite ! Great people ! Thank you !
