Tru By Hilton Milwaukee Downtown WI

Great location in downtown Milwaukee, very walkable to the 3rd and 5th ward and one block away from the Hop. Very clean room, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Mark that did the breakfast is number 1. He went out of his way to help us and even got us tour information while we ate our breakfast. We will stay here again!!!!

Mark was very friendly and cleaned up my mess quickly! We had spilt syrup on the floor and he was so nice to us and cleaned it up efficiently. We chatted and he told us about various events and locations to visit which made us excited about returning!

The staff is all so friendly. Every single person at the counter, in the kitchen and in housekeeping had a huge smile on their face. 10/10 would recommend or stay again. I hope the lady at the front desk enjoys the Pikachu card from the convention. She was the highlight of our stay.

The room smelled amazing, the front desk staff was amazing and helped out so much when we showed up later in the evening. They were funny, personable, and really communicative. This was the first time my kids stayed at a hotel and they made it the best experience ever. I have been recommending them to all of our family and we will most definitely be staying there again.

Millisa Davis was great! Very polite, professional and assisted us with all our needs. The room was clean and neat. The continental breakfast was good. The only issue was the garage. It was not handicap friendly. Do not like that I have to input 200 words or more to give a review. This needs to be changed cuz who needs to write so much! You probably don't get much written reviews! Thank you
