That was one of the worst experience staying at the courtyard in Milwaukee Wisconsin on Brown Deer, first of all when we checked in August tonight the toilet was not working and we had unpacked all our stuff and had to repack and be moved to another room, that Saturday when you made it back from my aunt's funeral we had to wait outside the door for 15 minutes because they were shampooing our carpet, so we had to go back into a wet room and we were scared one of us were going to fall because the carpet was soaking wet, at The Bistro we were told that the oven was not working so we had to go elsewhere to get food, the worker at The Bistro was very rude the first morning there, My overall stay was horrific, Plus my brother and his wife had a room and ask for the room to be clean and was told that they didn't check out yet and my brother said to the housekeeper why do we have to check out in order for a room to be clean, we had to go to the front to get clean towels each night, don't get me wrong the receptions at the front desk where really nice both days and very helpful, will never stay at a courtyard Marriott ever again

Beds are comfy, BUT be ready to feel dirty. Carpets are absolutely disgusting and floors haven't been mopped in months. Stuff all over the walls and headboards. Absolutely filthy place. Aldo pictures of hot tub yet it's now covered and not available. They make you pay for breakfast but have no food in stock so you can't eat here which I wasn't so mad about after my experience with the cleanliness. I will NEVER recommend this location or any courtyard in the future.

Bloodstain on the bed sheets. I hope they were fresh. Damp air in room just seemed âickyâ as if mold was growing. Pool out of service. Stains on all the lobby chairs. Equipment broken so half the breakfast items were not available. Everything was worn. Breakfast servers were very nice but understaffed and therefore couldnât get to everybody very quickly. Garbage piled up next to the breakfast counter for no apparent reason. Marriott needs to kick us out of the franchise, it shouldnât carry the Marriott name.

Not what you expect when you pay $140 for a hotel room. The food offerings are processed fast food at best. Since when does free breakfast involve $3 coffee? Their "swimming pool" is a large bathtub at best. The whole place is poorly maintained and feels more like a Motel 6.

The experience was not was expected from a Courtyard location. The overall hotel is standard for a Courtyard. The issue was with the staff, specifically the food and beverage service. Arrived in the evening and wanted to have a quick bite to eat. Was informed that the food selection was very limited as the scheduled delivery had not arrived. Come to find out the hotel did not pay the bills so, there were no food deliveries. They only 2 varieties of wine available. So much for dinner/ Breakfast was worse, if one could imagine. Again the food offering was limited. The single individual at the Bistro departed for about 45 mins. I managed to get some food as I came down when it opened. My colleagues were about 15 mins later than myself and the individual left. There was a note that they would be back shortly. Not sure if you would call 45 mins, shortly. When I made a comment to the Front Desk, they were indifferent and simply said that they need there issues. Would you want to stay at a hotel where the service was sub-standard, food & beverage service non-existent and the staff indifferent to the issues?
