The staff greeted us warmly and were very pleasant at the check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We even got to check in a bit early which was helpful. Aloft is in a great location to access many areas of interest. Adham, one of the valet attendants was very helpful.

Vinnie with valet was awesome - friendly and helpful. Lisa at the front desk was great, as usual. Honestly, 200 words is a lot to require for a business review. It’s basically a half page, typed, single-spaced. Don’t get me wrong, this is an excellent and consistent place to stay for a business trip, but asking for an essay is a *lot*, TripAdvisor. Still, Vinnie and Lisa are great.

Checking into the hotel was seamless and upon arrival the valet Vinnie was great easily taking my car. The front desk help was great, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Easiest check in to an Aloft hotel that I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely stay again.

Hotel staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. From the valet parking to the bell hop, Nick, to front desk staff. Location was perfect for Fiserv Event. Price was reasonable and rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't bring our dog but they are definitely catered to at Aloft!

Nice room. Adham was so personable as our valet! Very courteous and professional. Only one suggestion--the scent as you walk into the hotel is quite strong. Besides that, everything was great. Perfsct location for the music event at Turner Hall. We walked! Would stay again.
