I want to give a good review but I can’t. My room smells so strongly of mold and urine that all I’ve done is consider leaving and asking for a refund. In addition the furniture is not just broken but gross. The sheets do appear to be clean but that isn’t saving this for me at all.

Front desk not really staffed -- wrong credit card charged for rooms and couldn't find the guy when we looked for him. Two of three rooms had tvs that had inoperable remotes. Breakfast area was not maintained with over an hour left for breakfast -- no plates, hot food left open (so luke warm) and tables were not wiped down after previous use.

Horrendous!!! Do not stay here! Pool was green! Fitness center was smaller than small with broken mirrors. Room stunk so bad we had to go get air freshener and odoban. There were 2 towels total. No shampoo. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows smelled like dirty heads. Badly in need of updates!

Not a good experience at all. Online reservation did not work properly - when we called the hotel directly to follow up we were told their internet was down and that they would have to call us back. They never called back. We showed up in person and, of course, the rate was not the same. The room was NOT clean - among other things, there was dirt on the bathroom floor, stains on the upholstery, partially used bars of soap on top of the shower module!!!! The secondary entries were DIRTY and not well maintained. We found the in-room coffee maker in a drawer, with no coffee or cups. There was also garbage in one of the drawers. Vanity mirror was not clean, Full length mirror on bathroom door appeared ready to fall off. Elevator was not working. Breakfast area was marginal at best. DO NOT stay here.

Mirrors dirty. Bedsheets had poop on them. Microwave and fridge disgusting. Light and control fixtures missing knobs. Barely any towels provided. Empty Kleenex box. Very noisy environment. Outside appearance seemed neglected. Bikes with flat tires in rack. Curb busted up by entrance door. Seemed to be cheaply ran for an expensive place…
