Quality Inn Madison West Near University Area

Nice stay, good breakfast. Comfortable and clean hotel. Fine place to stay for the night. Nothing more to say, 200 is a lot of characters for one night’s stay. I would recommend this place to friends.

I don't have a lot of glowing things to say about this Quality Inn, but the positives are: comfortable bed, friendly check-in, clean, and fair price. Otherwise it is pretty run-down and janky. Nothing too bad... just beat up. Every lamp in my room looked like it had been used as a weapon at some point. The breakfast was meager. (The breakfast sausages tasted so terrible I legitimately wondered if they'd gone bad.) Just overall ... C grade, average.

The customer service was horrible. I had an interview at noon so I asked for a late checkout of 1 hour. They said they would change me a full ignition stay! For 1 hour! The room was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom and I found a used Kleenex in the bed sheets!! Breakfast was weak: yogurt, fruit loops, cherries, toast and apples. There were actually hostess chocolate cupcakes for breakfast! Coffee and juice as well. The work out room was a treadmill, a stationary bike and an old weigh system- that was it. Very, disappointing all the way around. Will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Facility was clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and dining room was clean. We had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend. Our entire family had a very good stay and a good time.

When we arrived, we were checked into a room that had the Ptac leaking that left the room wreaking of mold. I went to the desk to get a new room to which they moved my family and I to the room next door and refused to move us further away. This room smelt of mold too. I had to personally clean the tub because it was so dirty and also buy air freshener just to get some decent sleep with this horrid smell. Then as my two year old is going to bed to be up early for his surgery the next day (about 8:05PM), the family of this owner was across the hall running back and forth SCREAMING- not just the kids, the grown mother too that I had to open the door and yell at them to stop. Please for the love of God AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!! I've been a GM off 3 Choice properties and have never seen one with such chaos or just in general careless!
