Hampton Inn Madison East Towne Mall Area

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, modern, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was done well and the area was clean. It is across from a mall although it seems to be going downhill however there are some decent stores. There are restaurants nearby also. We would definitely stay again.

This was a last minute overnight stay. We checked in around 8:00pm. David checked us in and could not have been nicer. He offered restaurant recommendations, said something to make my husband laugh after our long drive. After that, we received texts to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. A small but thoughtful touch. My only negative is I hated the smell of the line of toiletries being carried now. I had to get my own soap to get the smell of lotion off my hands so I could sleep. The room was clean, the shower had good water pressure. I would stay again but bring enough soap and shampoo to last. They do need to fix the ice machine on the second floor.

I choose Hilton Hotels due to the digital key. You can check in online at this location but have to stop at the desk and wait to check in again and get your digital key. Kind of defeats the purpose of the digital key. If that is not an issue for you then by all means stay here. Clean hotel. Staff friendly. I won’t return due to no digital key. I would have chosen another place had I known there was no key

Nice Hotel close to everything. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to East Towne shopping mall. Plenty of dining options nearby. Short drive to downtown and the WI State Capitol. Easy on and off Interstate. Access via frontage road. Close to airport too.

The location is convenient. My room was quiet. My room was OK, except for the bathroom which is small. Especially the sink, where it was hard to find a space on the marble around the sink for my stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste and so on). breakfast was not on par in my opinion. A small selection of items. On the positive side, the breakfast area was not crowded.
