The room and bathroom were very clean. I love the little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, even the little bars of soap. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. They have a nice continental breakfast. They had coffee and tea available at all times by the lobby.

Great service. Front desk staff awesome. Friendly accommodating and always available. Highly recommend hotel. Hotel close to many great restaurants and activities: Eg yoga shopping malls Breakfast has hot means and a large selection. Satisfied customer!

Upon arrival in the hotel staff was nice. We came from about thirty minutes away with the whole intentions of spending the weekend in hot tub. The first night we were there on Friday.We noticed bed bugs, hair, and other stuff floating in the hottub. We brought it up. To the front desk staff and I even offered to use the skimmer to clean it myself. Unfortunately for these staff members they did not have access to the key with which the skimmer was kept. The the next morning I brought it up to a staff member. The staff member called the maintenance employee to inform them what was going on. The maintenance employee was rude to the front desk employee on the phone. While NOT on speakerphone I could hear him tell her he cleaned it twice today rudely. I offered again to do it, just they had no skimmer out. We, with the amazing lady at the front desk, looked at hottub as she took pictures. He ignored me when I apologized and offered to clean it myself. We walked too our room to change and 30 min later he was gone and there were still things floating. This was there until our final day right before checkout out. We spent money to get away in a hottub we were in for 5 minutes. All because the employee doesn't want to clean out the pool or let me do it. If it's that gross, close it. That way I don't book a whole weekend wanting that and waste money. I have gone here for years, when the bar was open and things were cleaner. I wiped everything down because it was sticky and dirty. I found a rusty razor blade, individual blade not a shaving razor hanging out by the lights. It was disgusting up there too. I wiped everything down on checkout. I put all trash in bags and tied them up. I stopped linens and sorted them. I threw the trash away from behind the TV. I have pictures of 95 percent of this as well. The front desk people were great, but things were dirty. Bugs on the walls. Please do better.

Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Workers were friendly. The room was in desperate need of repair, especially the bathroom (nail-pops, missing grout, missing paint, loose tiles, etc.) The lamp had a broken shade, as though it was once tipped over and not replaced. Otherwise, room wasn't bad. We went to breakfast at 6:45 (started at 6:30). We ended up with COLD eggs and sausage patties that were hard (couldn't cut with a plastic knife) and dry. The rest of the breakfast was okay. Motel appeared clean otherwise and it has ample parking and easy access to the location. The motel is located in nice area of Middleton. With some improvements and a little TLC, I might stay there again. Prices were reasonable but more than should have been charged considering the issues mentioned above.

Checked in an notified property we would be a late night check in and upon arrival found out that our double room had been given away and they only had single bed rooms left. It was very late and the lady said there was nothing she could do. I asked for a refund since we had three male adults for one bed and that was not going to work, she said she could not offer that. So, one on the bed, one on the floor and one in a chair is how we had to sleep for this one night stay. Very disappointed since we checked in, let the property know we would be a late a check in and they still assigned out room to another person.
