Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location with several restaurants located right next door. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it is always my go-to place to stay when I am in Madison.

I love my Avid Monona, mostly because of Alyssa. She makes me feel like a returning friend every time I arrive and everything runs so smoothly when Alyssa is on duty!! I wish I could take Avid Monona with me everywhere I travel. It’s truly my home away from home :)

The staff is extremely friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast was great with hot sammies, location is perfect with lots to do and plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is new and refreshing. Really enjoyed the entire experience.

The Avid Monona never disappoints. Clean, quiet, and wonderful staff! The mattresses are getting a little soft….but it depends on the room. Dove products in all the rooms! Convenient parking! They have a great, healthy breakfast with coffee all day! Shout out to Claire!

Great customer service, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Shower was refreshing. Good options for grab and go breakfast and coffee was excellent. Laundry facilities are good to have and work out room is efficient. Thank you for having integrity and see you next time.
