Hampton Inn & Suites La Crosse Downtown

Seriously great experience. I travel frequently and most of the time I check in get my room, nothing remarkable or unremarkable. The check in lady (I wish I got her name) it was Friday evening of April 4th. She was so friendly, she engaged with my daughter and her friend who was tired, gave us great recommendations for dinner and was just so warm. What an amazing person! The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quite. I came down for breakfast, wonderful hot breakfast and great selection. The part that really impressed me was the employee Jenny, she was present, making sure things were full, was right there to refill coffee cups when needed, wiped down a table that recently vacated and even swept the floor. I’m seriously impressed because rarely do I see any of this anymore. What actually sweep the floor where the mess was?! She was quite and efficient and didn’t disturb any of the guests while doing so. I usually only write reviews when there’s an extreme positive or an extreme negative. This was an extremely positive visit. Thank you!

Excellent service Every time. Customer service is in the many details this hotel gets right. Toasty warm remodeled room on a cold winter’s night. Relaxed in bathtub. Early morning wake up calls and early free shuttle ride to hospital for scheduled procedure. Staff retrieved a couple yogurts for me upon request as I had been fasting for several days. Responsive when asked for the hot water to be hotter? It’s the best hotel stay in town. (I lived here ~15? years) I recommend!

This is an excellent hotel. There is very little I could suggest for big improvements. We stayed at a Hampton in the MSP area for the previous couple nights, and this one was just a night and day improvement over that one. The room is solid and in good shape. Wifi was outstanding – I clocked the “Premium” speed at around 50 Mbps. The fitness center is one of the bigger that I’ve seen at a Hampton. Plenty of machines to choose from, including a Peloton. A yoga mat or two would have been nice, but otherwise it’s excellent. Sizable pool, as well. The breakfast area is quite big with some selections that you normally do not see at a Hampton. (I’m looking at you, granola and Chobani yogurt.) We were very pleased to have chosen this Hampton for our evening in LaCrosse.

I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help in making our stay so enjoyable. They gave us some great help with the local area and things to see and do . Hampton inn’s once again giving us wonderful value for money . Brilliant location and great rooms.

The hotel manager and staff were exceptionally kind. Also they were very helpful with local suggestions for dining and things of interest. The hotel was really clean. Breakfast had many, many options and the freshly prepared eggs varied. Would return to stay again.
