Wyndham Garden Kenosha Harborside

Always had a great time stay at this facility. I have been coming back to stay here when I am in town. The staff is great, and rooms are always clean. Breakfast has a good choice of food with the morning coffee. I will always come back to walk on the back side of the hotel to see the view of the lake.

The front desk had amazing staff that were very welcoming and had amazing knowledge on any events or restaurants guests can go to. Housekeeping also does an amazing job at making sure all rooms and areas of the hotel are kept up. The pool area was also an amazing experience with it being indoors.

Super dirty. Stains. Ripped curtains. Looked like male bodily fluid on the bed skirt. Bathroom was gross. Stains on carpet. Absolutely not worth the cost. Would not stay here again under any circumstances. Very disappointed in Wyndham. Yuck.

The rooms were clean and cozy. Misty was amazing when we were checking in. The best part is they have a comedy club inside the hotel. The hotel owner was down to earth. The staff was very friendly. I will be going back to this place. Definitely the hospitality was amazing and up and down the street in front of the hotel is several different bars and restaurants that you can eat at. I recommend going to Captain Mike’s. They had the best burgers.

This was our 5th time staying here (our son lives in Kenosha and we visit often) and we won’t give this hotel another opportunity to disappoint us and gross us out. I booked two rooms and made the apparently insane and unreasonable request to have both rooms on the same floor. I was told this would not be a problem. When we checked in, the rooms were 2 floors apart and I was told by the front desk that no one “wrote down” my request. One of the rooms was filthy. The bathtub had what looked like vomit or feces in it. I showed pictures to the front desk and was told that it was “just a stain” and that housekeeping had gone home. It was not a stain. There was also an electrical box showing and a rusty nail on the floor. The room gave a tenement vibe. We stayed here because my grandchildren wanted a pool. The front desk was so dismissive of my concerns and acted like having an unusable bathtub was no big deal. I guess the room rate didn’t include a bathtub. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Stella just a short distance from here.
