0 rating. Hudson management refused to grant exception to no cancellation policy, fully charging for room when I hadn’t noticed date on site had reverted to date I was entering reservation. I had quickly entered it from hospital waiting room, under extreme stress. Corporate was sympathetic but told me to contact Hudson management (again) for resolution. Very poor service skills.

Everything we requested when booking was accommodated. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. We had a very good experience. Thank you

Very clean rooms and pool area. Very nice staff. Spacious 2 queen pull out couch room. Definitely recommend. We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but normal light breakfast served. Clean smelling no bad smells or weed smell.

If you stay, here you can expect, smelly, stained, carpets, broken door, handles, and knobs everywhere. No one at the service desk. And an extremely horrible breakfast. With really high prices. If I can’t find a hotel, next time I come here, I’m going to sleep in my car with my entire family.

It was very unnerving how nosy the staff was about a little girl’s birthday party. Our kids told us that they were questioned by the staff several times when they went to the vending machine or were walking back from the pool. We are Hudson people and we will not be staying here again.
