Iâve stayed before and it was great. I made reservations for tonight for 3 nights. Worst experience ever in 40 years. The young lady didnât know how to charge you for your room. She charged my card for several different amounts and locked my card up for credit card fraud. Then asked us to leave. Someone needs to look into her and her Manager Raj. Something is way off. Also was laughing at me when on the phone with the manager but why isnât the manager there in person thatâs weird for a hotel then after everything asked me and my family to leave and said we werenât allowed to stay.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is adequate but wish there were a few more healthy options (greek yogurt, whole grain breads). Overall great stay and good location.

Daughter wanted to spend her birthday shopping with her friends. We were able to get adjoining rooms which was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was great, conveniently located close to the mall and other shopping locations.

This was probably my least-favorite experience with any Home2 and we have stayed at a number of them. The guy who welcomed me upon arrival was professional and friendly. But there were some odd things about the stay. First, there is a restaurant next door and there are signs all over the hotel telling you that your car will be towed if you are in the restaurant lot. That's good to know, but the number of signs seemed to be overkill and there were so many that we were left with the impression that we wouldn't be welcome at the restaurant as guests at the hotel. Second, there was someone working on their car in the hotel parking lot, which seemed a bit odd. Third, there is a mall very close by, but it seems to be all but abandoned, leaving this hotel in a less than desirable location. Fourth, the breakfast was not too bad, but everything that is prepackaged and has to be heated up, like breakfast sandwiches, was already heated. Usually these items require opening the package to heat them properly, but the packages weren't open. This is a Home2 with the sliding door on the bathroom, which I had opened Home2 had done away with; the door was terrible and did not adequately close. There were also a couple of suspicious-looking brown smudges on the walls--one on the bathroom and one by the bed. It was an okay stay, but I would look elsewhere if staying in the area again.

This is a fairly new Home2Suites and I hope this is not the direction the brand is going. We'd stayed at a Home2Suites pre-covid and liked it alot so we were happy to find one on our drive. But this hotel felt cold & sterile from the moment we walked in. We had to ask for a printed list of television channels. Not sure why there wasn't one in the room. This used to be a basic amenity! The elevators were in an odd location and apparently parking is a real issue, though I don't see why. The parking lot was big and stayed half-empty. I can't imagine that parking could be such a big deal for the hotel OR the restaurant next door. We didn't care for the location. Even though it wasn't far off the interstate it was next to a deserted-looking mall, which was eerie. At check-in we were given a handicapped-accessible room even though we didn't ask for one, but we were too tired to try to change it. We didn't like feeling that we were taking a room away from someone who might need it and not sure why the front desk clerk thought we might need it, which felt presumptuous. And while I imagine that if you need one, this one is nice, but we DIDN'T need one and it just didn't work for us. We were counting on having a walk-in shower but this room had a bathtub with a bench. Such a disappointment after a long day on the road! The suite was actually 2 rooms and it was HUGE, but with lots of things we DIDN'T need or want, like the ridiculous barn door to the bathroom or an in-room dishwasher. It was clean enough and the beds were fine, but this hotel felt intended for for much longer stays. The list of restaurants in the area consisted mainly of independently-owned, which was fine. I "get" wanting to support the local economy. But we were disappointed when we got to one of them recommended by front desk staff, to find there was a national chain restaurant across the street that we love and are familiar with, that was NOT on the list. Breakfast the next morning was another huge disappointment. Coffee was either too weak or too strong, and had pretentious labels, perhaps to appeal to a more pretentious customer. High-top dining tables were set up for "communal dining" instead of small seating areas for couples or families traveling together. We prefer to sit at dining-height tables and there were very few of them. All the food was shrink-wrapped, including individual pieces of bread & muffins. Nothing was "fresh!" There were packages of prepared food that could be heated in the microwave, but the ones we tried were inedible. We ended up stopping for breakfast after we left the hotel. I think what we disliked the most is that this hotel lacked the "warmth" of the Hampton Inn line, or even Home2Suites we'd stayed in before. It felt cold and understaffed, as if upscale decorations and providing amenities such as power-controlled blinds could make up for a personal touch or human interaction. Sorry Hilton brand, but you missed the mark on this hotel.
