Stayed one night here while passing through the area (Saturday night). The room rate of $177.61 seemed a bit high for what appeared to be the off-season with many restaurants, bars and gift shops in the area being closed. Also, this motel is undergoing a renovation process at this time, which I wished was communicated with me at the time I booked the reservation. Hiding this detail just seems wrong or sneaky to me. Staff at check-in and check-out were okay but not overly friendly or welcoming. Our room appeared to be one the updated rooms which was nice with exception that there was no place to hang clothes or jackets.

Where to start. 1). Entrance door to building would not shut or lock 2). Room furniture was space chair was a reject from a conference room somewhere 3). Connecting door to next door room had an inch gap at top. Could see into next room Will never stay there again

Great place. Clean. Good Food. Wyndham again sent an email requesting time of checkout. I find this annoying and rude. Check-out is 11am. What time I leave is none of their business. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I make sure I leave right after I get this email. I do complain to the front desk.

Stayed Jan 31-Feb2nd Our room was absolutely disgusting. I paid for a room with a working hot tub. The hot tub did not work. The electrical panel for the hot tub was actually falling apart and shocked me when I tried to turn it on. It is extremely dangerous. I tried talking to the hotel operator but they did not speak english very well and the rest of the staff were also not english speaking. I dont speak spanish or hindi so I was unable to communicate to them how dangerous that hot tub is. There was no carpet in the main hallways. Our room was missing half of the trim. The area where there should be a place to hang shirts, coats, etc was missing. The microwave did not work. The TV literally fell off the wall. They had it mounted with a drywall screw and some washers! The heater controls and panel are broken so either the heat was on full blast or not at all. Several tiles around the hot tub were missing or falling off. The bathroom toilet ran all night long and is installed VERY crooked. The bed is sagged so bad in the middle we kept rolling into each other all night while we tried to sleep. The door lock does not work, The interior lever just rotates but the lock never comes out. We have pictures of everything. ROOM 122. I expect a full refund at a minimum. The place was disgusting and clearly run down and not what I expect from a Days INN. We ended up staying at a different hotel saturday night just so we could get some sleep as the noise was ridiculous from a mechanical room right around the corner that for whatever reason the hotel staff left the door open to all night while they ran laundry machines. Black mold everywhere around the hot tub!

Stayed here on 8/24/24. Paid for a room with a whirlpool tub. When filling the tub there was brown residue coming out and it smelled like sewer. Went to the front desk, it was late in the evening. No one was around. They have a contact number posted but no one answered that either. The following morning I went to the front desk, talked with them and showed pictures. They called the manager and we all went into the room so I could show them the brown residue and smell. Also showed the manager I had pictures. He agreed to give me a refund of $25. (Not much but I said I would take it). He told me I would receive it in 6-7 business days. NOTHING. I waited two weeks, Called back, and was told he’d was processing it and it would be another 5-7 days and I would get $50. It’s now been another two weeks and NOTHING. Very disappointed. Hate a leave a bad review places but also feel that potential customers should be aware. I never should have left until my credit was received that day.
