SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Black River Falls

This is at least the fourth time we've stayed here The room rates are a bargain and the rooms are very comfortable and immaculately clean. The beds are the most comfortable we've slept in and the rooms are very sound proof. The pool and spa area is lovely and we've never stayed at a motel with a better complimentary breakfast. It's actually more like a breakfast buffet and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful that it just feels very comfortable to stay here. The building is older and the rooms aren't as updated as other places we've stayed, but the heating, AC, water pressure etc are all in great order. It's very clean, comfortable, reasonable, beautiful pool area and a bar with food and delicious breakfast. You can't beat it.

We always stay here when we visit family. Cynthia at the front desk is wonderful. She was so friendly and very helpful. She went the extra mile. Our room was VERY clean and comfortable. The entire hotel is very clean. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay.

We rented a meeting room & several hotel rooms for a 4 day craft retreat! Everything was great! All the staff were caring and accommodating with anything we needed. The rooms were clean. The pizza & drinks were nice to have in the lounge! Breakfast was top notch! There are hot & cold options. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, tater rounds, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices, milk, muffins, etc… Comfy mattress! Our stay was a #10 & we’re booked for next year!

Hotel was clean, you could smell the fresh scent of soap when you walked into the lobby. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We rented the conference room and the staff stopped in several times to see if we needed anything. Great service, we will stay there again!

What a dump! I believe our room was previously a utility room. It was gross. Mildew in the tub and toilet, yellow stains on the ceiling, sticky floor, small TV you can hardly see from the bed. Bar was closed because no bartender . Breakfast ick!
