The gentleman that was working our last day there(after 5 days) was very rude. The girl at check in was kind. I told her 2 kids, 2 adults. Evidently I didn't change it from 1 person when I made my reservation on line. My bad. But I reserved 2 queen beds for the 4 of us. Our last night there, my son had his other 2 young children visit for 1.5 hours. We ate pizza in the lobby (4 of us that checked in plus the 2 babies) we were then going to swim for one hour. The time we had before the babies (1 & 2yo ) had to leave. The guy that was there told me they were not aloud without permission. So I asked if they could stay for an hour. He then said he would have to charge me 5 dollars per child to be there for a short time. I was then charged 20 dollars for 4 kids (remember 2 or them were with me) to hang out with my son and I for maybe 1.5 hours. I had reservation for 5 days, and we were seldom there because we were off visiting family, and when we decided to hang out there for a short time, we were charged extra. Not to mention it was a Wednesday and

Are room was clean and comfortable . Heat was quiet. The pool and Hot tub was clean and operational as should. The breakfast was alil more then expected , which we enjoyed. Could use 2 waffle makers.. Price was reasonable.. 😀 will come back again as our usual stop on our visit.

The room overall felt dirty. We found hairs on the sheets of the bed, the room had a musty, damp smell to it and the the built in bar in the shower had been removed leaving holes in the wall of the shower where water could go every time the shower ran. I’m pretty sure there was mold growing behind that shower wall and might have been on the bathroom floor as well. If it wasn’t late when we got there, I would have asked for a new room. The visit was topped off with a breakfast that included inedible scrambled eggs (they were gritty and off tasting almost like they were made from a powder). While the location was convenient, I won’t be staying here again.

It was clean and they were friendly. The beds could be more comfortable but it was a nice stay for three nights. We also used the pool and ate the breakfast every morning. We made full use of the mini fridge and microwave in the room as we did not want to eat out too much. They did not hesitate to give us extra towels for the pool or the room. It was a very nice hotel stay and I recommend them to anyone!

This hotel is better than average but was downgraded because our hallway and room had a very strong musty smell, probably from all the recent rain. Friends in other locations of the hotel did not have this problem. Chose it for the convenient location between cities, just off the highway with many restaurants and gas stations nearby. The price could not be beat and is a function of the owners attention to efficiency.
