La Quinta Inn & Ste by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Lake Delton

We are going with a group of 12 people 6 rooms who reserved one night stay... I call to make my reservation and all of a sudden there is a 2 night min. What a scam. I tried talking with the manager and she wouldn't budge on the 2 night minimum. They have 7 rooms open and would rather have these open than give us the room for 1 night like the rest of our party.... I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on the poor customer service. We will give our money to another hotel right next to them.

Staff very friendly. Room well appointed. Had a issue with the shower not being cleaned properly. Found someone's rings in our shower. But everything else was clean and really nice. I left my electronics in the room at check out and called the hotel and the front desk staff found it right away and held it for me to pick back up. She was great. She went up to the room personally and found it. Needs more breakfast selection of hot foods but for the room price it was good. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again!

This was a last minute winter hiking trip to the WI Dells with the dogs (2). This hotel was very accommodating to the needs of my dogs - easy check-in and lots of green space to available for them. Everything was very clean staff was nice. The only thing I would advise on would be to have the pet policy/form be available online to complete when booking along with the pricing transparency. I had conflicting feedback on the pet fee from the general customer service, hotel phone call at booking and at check-in. Overall, great experience!

This location is scamming people out of money. Made a reservation for a weekend prior to learning my child’s sports competition schedule. Tried to amend reservation to make it for one night as that was all that is needed. I was rudely told that I could go somewhere else because this location has a 2 night minimum. NOWHERE was that written when I made the reservation and it is not true for any other weekend. Customer service is awful at this location! If you might have changes to make to your stay I highly recommend you avoid it!!

The staff was very friendly. The room spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast was adequate as well. The place is very clean as well! They have a pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay again.
