Very disappointed with the lack of heat, torn and outdated furniture, and burned out light bulbs. The heating device blew out a combination of heat and cool air. The bathroom had no heat at all and the shower was small and water pressure was lacking.

The room was adequate, same story for breakfast. The Internet Connection was absolutely horrible (basic web surfing and email), it kept disconnecting, regardless of what device I used. I have stayed here in the past, and it has definitely gone downhill quite rapidly. This will be my last time staying here.

This place sucks! No cleaning service unless requested, and even then, they only cleaned once in five days, including not emptying the trash cans full of food. Internet kept disconnecting and wasn’t at all reliable. On both my devices. I wasn’t even attempting to stream; just go to basic websites.

Easy access on hwy 51 with adequate parking and walkability to downtown and eating places. Also the Bearskin trail is very close by near the Lake for biking and hiking. They also provide a simple breakfasti in the am .. no elevator to the second floor.

Great location in Minocqua, within walking distance to main street and local activity such as parks and trails, just be careful crossing the street, it can be very congested. Facility and grounds were clean. Great parking area in back for truck and trailer. Breakfast was the normal offering and maintained well. Only issue I had was big price increase for weekend stay for the same room I had on a weekday.
