Residence Inn By Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield

I am on week five of my stay at the residence Inn, due to a housefire. My room is supposed to get cleaned every week on Tuesday. I get clean towels and clean sheets. They also vacuum the carpet. But they have never cleaned either sink or the counters. They have also never mopped either the kitchen or the bathroom floor. They have also not even bothered to clean the shower. I am not sure what they do in my room for a half an hour, but it’s definitely not Cleaning. I have called and complained several times , and nothing has been done to change how things are not being cleaned. My room is nice, but that is all I can say. If you are only going to stay here for a night or two, then it will be perfect. But if you are in a position where you need to be here, long-term, like myself, then find someplace else to go. for all the thousands of dollars they are being paid for my stay, you would think that cleaning the room once a week could actually be accomplished.

What an enjoyable stay we had at this Courtyard by Marriott, Brookfield, Wisconsin. The place was squeaky clean close to restaurants, malls and other amenities. The free breakfast was delightful. There were a number of good choices and service was excellent. Room was clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom was really nice.

Wow! This place has it all. Clean, well laid out, spacious, well equipped. We stay in motels frequently and look for kitchen units both because of dietary concerns as well as to save money by not eating out. This place EXCEEDED all expectations. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, dishwasher, cleaning supplies, coffee/salt/pepper/etc. Bathroom is huge, clean, beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Couch, desk, barstools...this will be our go to when we escape for a few days. Just like home. Oh, and hot breakfast buffet included. Fresh food, many cold options too. Don't hesitate!

Had an issue where I injured my neck and was unable to travel. I had passed the cancellation cut off window by 12 hours with 28 hours remaining until check-in when I informed the Hotel of my need to cancel. Their response was to keep one night of a two night stay as a penalty - $299.14. No questions about the nature of my injury, no leeway. No Sympathy. Simply "That's our policy." My policy is to NOT STAY at any Marriott properties in the Future.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay in this hotel. Check in was easy, our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not utilize the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was just OK (nothing to write home about). Staff was friendly and it was located in a nice area around the golf course. Would not have minded a second night!
