Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Triadelphia Wheeling

Great place to stay after making it across Pennsylvania traveling West. I didn’t see the entrance when I pulled into the parking lot, but the front desk attendant guided me to the lobby. Everything in the room was what I expected. I had a bagel for breakfast and a cup of coffee before heading out.

I had a king size bed on the second floor. The room was toasty and adjustable. There were towels ready to use in the room. There was a Fridge and microwave available. Waffles for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

They don’t clean the rooms or change the blankets. When getting into bed we discovered a pee stain on the sheets!!!! The front desk man said he can’t refund all he could do was give another blanket. Who wants to sleep in a pissed on bed? Someone else’s nastiness. Unbelievable! Do not recommend

Shout out to the Receptionist who check me in upon arrival. She was very professional, courteous and very obliging to me. That was a 10/10 Customer Service.(A+) The Housekeeper who cleaned my room did an excellent and awesome job. (A+). Everything was working properly in my room and everything was clean and fresh. (Good Job) The gentleman who work the desk in the night, was very mean and unprofessional which is a shame. This is a serious industry and the first impression normally last and you will never get a chance to make that impression. We will have to start learning to value our work no matter what the circumstances maybe. Great Location and a very nice place to stay. But Overall 9/10 Thank you all for your service.

I stayed here a little over a year ago and the property needed some love to say the least. As a frequent choice member I am always looking for a good deal. After seeing the price i decided it was worth another shot. To my surprise the hotel was super clean and my room was completely different then my last experience. The next morning i was chatting with the desk girl, who informed me that she was the new hotel manager and was looking for feedback. The new management switch was much needed! I didn't catch her name but the entire time i was in the lobby she was cleaning and ensuring everything was perfect. Thank you for fixing this hotel up!!! Will be back the next time i am in town for work!!!
