Days Inn by Wyndham Mount Hope

They are in the process of renovating, but the place is currently a dump. Lots of equipment everywhere and pulled carpeting. Bathrooms are not very clean, and the whole place smells of chlorine. I stayed here with a free night for an unplanned trip, but I would never pay to stay here…until it’s renovated.

The new manager AJ and family have taken over this motel and it has changed from Days Inn to Econo Lodge and have put a lot of effort into making it a very nice place. My group and I stopped there Apr 11 and the rooms were clean, comfortable with new sheets, towels, etc. Breakfast was available and lots of it. I would recommend this motel.

Saggy beds No drain covers on tub or sink, no hot water at the sink because the handle is broken Bathtub was filthy brown on the bottom, water does not all drain out, so water sits in the bottom of the tub. Bottom of bathroom door filthy, decaying wood Heat/ air conditioner noisy Bug crawling on the wall, kept me itching all night my because of this. No USB ports anywhere Poor room lighting, all push button switches in 3 different lighting spaces, one lightbulb was burned out. When we checked in, I had to go to the front desk because there was NO toilet paper in our bathroom. Waited for another customer in front of me and he was given a room that was NOT cleaned from previous people. Toilet had not been flushed, food left in the refrigerator. So they gave him a different room. Worst experience of my life. DON'T STAY HERE !!

This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. My bedding hadnt been changed and there was makeup and fluid stains on the bedding. There were questionable stains on the couch and desk chair in the room. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. The desk clerk was rude and had A BABY at work. Staff was rude and did not want to assist in fixing issues. I understand that “you get what you pay for” but the least I expect is a clean bed and room to sleep in… NOT HERE! Run don’t walk away from this dump…

Property is a dump. Caters to work crews and every surface from the parking lot to the front desk to the rooms are beat and tired. Walking in there was no one at the desk and had to wait until someone showed up. Halls have trash. Walls, carpet, bathrooms all in bad condition with poor repair attempts evident.
