Super 8 by Wyndham Dunbar Charleston Area

Please check on my refund because I have been very upset about once I booked this room and I never received my refund back so please help me get my refund or I will be contacting my lawyer because I need my money back I spoke with the super 8 motel and they said that because I booked through this trip advisory that they would have to refund my money and take it from a pending state so if you can help please do so thank you have a blessed day plus I never made it to the motel I canceled before I even left to go anywhere so it was canceled 15 minutes after it was booked so I never made it to West Virginia to stay at this hotel

This Super 8 is superior to many others we’ve stayed at over the years. Cleanliness and service are tops and it’s wonderful to be so close to the Interstate. Very quiet with amenities close.

All was good room was clean spotless clean do wish they had a elevator pet friendly breakfast was good nothing fancy but was plenty of food price was good staff was friendly made you feel welcome will stay again

Family of four with 2 dogs. Staff was friendly, good dog area outside, clean room (they have not gone to the laminate floors that are so much better for dogs, but it smelled fine). Could smell weed but that was probably another guest. Laundry facilities on site which was nice. Breakfast was like . . 7-11 breakfast? But since it was so affordable we got sandwiches somewhere else

🛑ATTENTION CUSTOMERS🫵🏽🦠‼️🛑 THIS HOTEL WILL NEVER GET A RED CENT OF MY HARD WORKING MONEY AGAIN, MY FAMILY HAS BEEN COMING TO THIS HOTEL FOR THE PAST 3 YRS, LOYAL CUSTOMERS, NEVER COMPLAINED NOR HAD AN ISSUE TIL SAT, dec 9th 2023, Decent Room, ans what i thought was a CLEAN ROOM, and Clean Bed, NOPE NOT THE CASE HERE, My granddaughter, who is 10 months who walks and crawls, we had her on floor playing with her toys by her little crib, we relaxing , we are there for football 🏈, and as she stands up she has a used CONDEM!!! in her mouth‼️🦠, we Were extremely furious, scared, upset for her, take it, Put it in a tiasue,ans took it to the front desk to show front desk cheryl, who acted like ahe was mortified, this a very serious matter, we had to call her dr,, i asked for the manager, and the front desk cheryl seemed genuine, but later found out that it was a joke to them and manger never came to speak to, was told by 2 employees that she was coming that evening, never showed or gave the respect we deserved, samatha parker, yes room was changed, yes 1 night was to b comp, ONE NIGHT!!!, i still respected the hotel and staff and customers, never spoke infront of them abt this mishap, so i came up later, to find a man name jeremy, who is an employee there, i came up to ask him to question with plz, to get DISRESPECTED, to be irrate with me, asking WHATS THE ISSUE!!!! and i replied whats the issue, and hope these camera are audio, i asked him 3 more time abt the manger, IN A RESPECTFUL VOICE, tone, its not his fault, and i was told GET TO MY ROOM, if i didnt get away from the window that was kicked off the property, and he was calling the cops and i knew i sisnt do anything wrong and said call them, that man shouldnt be working at a hotel with his mental state, his ppl skill he dont have at all, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, down right completely ignorant, police came he refuses the police to get the manger’s number, PUTTING A FAMILY OUT, @1230 in the cold rain, no regards to the customer of what happened with my granddaughter, AND I STILL HAD CLASS ENOUGH TO RESPECT OUT OF THIS, i can’t speak to manger nor owner, ANS AGAIN BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE THE LAST 3 to 4 years with no issues, ALAO WAS TOLD THAT NOBOSY AT THIS FACILITY BELIEVED THE SITUATION, ans it was a joke, thats what this man says to me, when ahe has to be checked for std, hiv poked at , swab her run a whole bunch of test, AND THIS WHAT HAPPENS!!! hard working patrons, we MAKE THE HOTEL AND IF THEY DIDNT HAVE US, They wouldnt have a job, THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, they dnt care abt ethics, ur dignity or reapect u at all!!!! or the severity of the situation….plz go to another hotel, to make sure ur not aleeping in dirty beds , nor have the ur child safty at risk. where is the chain of commerce, or someone calling to fins out the situation… NOPE DIDNT GET THAT
