1. Homeless man with a beer cooler sleeping outside hotel. Sad to see that. 2. Pool broken due to termites. Didnât bother to tell us prior 3. Room worn out but pretty clean except for vents which were so gross with dust. 4. One person cooking, bartending, and waiting tables in their restaurant. Took a long time. I felt sorry for her. Thatâs a lot for one person. 5. Everything is just old. 6. Broken jukebox in bar 7. Gym closed 8. HVAC in room didnât work. 9. No hot water in the morning due to to many people showering is my guess 10. Told me to call to get points and they couldnât add them. Just not a good stay. I felt bad for the staff as they were all very nice but the hotel needs a lot of love.

Tried to stay the night here while passing through and thought it would be a clean and simple stay via Wyndham based on pictures and reviews. Unsure how old the pictures are, but the hotel is quite run-down, dirty and the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The smell was so intense, my eyes were watering and my kids started coughing so we had to leave.

Did not have a satisfactory stay recently at this hotel. We are repeat customers, but this was most likely our last visit. The biggest issue was our toilet not flushing. It took 2 calls to get somebody to come the first time, and it seemed to be working after the visit, but later in the afternoon it stopped working again. This time when I called, someone showed up with a plunger and said there was no one here for maintenance and we would have to fix it ourselves. It wouldn't work after multiple attempts. I informed the desk the next morning that it still wasn't working, but they didn't seem to care. Also, due to the hotel being fully occupied, we had no hot water in the mornings, having to wait until almost noon to take a shower.

I've been going to Wyndham garden for years as well as other Wyndham hotels. We are diamond members who have stayed so many times over a long period of years. We were in the pool until late, we didn't check in until 6pm. Me my husband and my 2 sons 6 and 8 years old were all there. When we got to the room we took about 20 minutes to pick food to order. Being straight from the pool we were chilly. We paid for a double room so there was privacy between me and my husband and our two boys. Once we warmed up we decided to turn the AC on. At first we thought it was broken but it was unplugged. My husband plugged it in and it popped and blew. The ac would not work and with it being completely unplugged someone knew that rooms ac didn't work. Room temp was 80. Called the front desk to be told by joy the most rude man (had an oxygen mask on) that he sleeps in that temperature due to his health issues so we'll be fine. I said I need the ac., my sons and husband run hot. All he said was he would move us to a double queen. Excuse me? I paid for a double room. Anyways I went downstairs to ask if someone could take a look or even get an extension cord to run the ac to another outlet. He said I'm not doing ANYTHING for you. He again brought up his health condition. I told him that while he may have to sleep in that heat we do not because we don't have breathing issues but I was sorry he had to go through that. He then offered a half refund. I was mind blown. I wanted a full refund. He said you know what you can leave my hotel. This was after driving from Cleveland Ohio with 2 small kids that were already in bed by this time. I explain that and he said oh well. I saw that in our short 1 minute and a few second interaction with no raised voices or derogatory language he was just a rude hateful man. I said fine I'll go pack and leave. As I got to the elevator he screamed he was calling the cops??? For what???? I didn't argue. I was done and ready to take the loss and leave. As we got to the car 4 cop cars pulled to the hotel. I went to a female officer and she asked if I was room xxx I said yes. She handed me the cancellation receipt. A male officer asked if I was okay and I said yes. They said have a good night and we left with 2 sleepy, frightened, confused, and crying children at close to 11 pm at night. I was not trespassed because obviously I did nothing wrong nor did my husband or kids. But in the embarrassment and being ripped from our room that late my husband's EXPENSIVE steal toed work boots were left. $145 boots gone forever because we don't feel comfortable going there and that man acting out. Also I have read many complaints referencing the man with the oxygen mask as rude, unhelpful and barely could do his job. Maybe look into that man?

Rooms were not cleaned well. Bathroom floors were dirty. TP wasnât changed just had one use left on it. Not enough hot water to take one shower. Water leaks left carpets wet and strongly smelled of mold/musty in one of our rooms. Holes where locks should be were open and dangerous for kids hands. Nothing done about any of the issues. Gross place to stay
