It was a zoo, 100's of children at the hotel for a baseball tournament. Kids running and screaming in the hallways even after midnight. No one there from the hotel to look after things. When I complained at check out, I was told that I didn't have to stay there. The young lady checking me out, was rude and hostile. It is hard to cancel a reservation that was prepaid, so that wasnt an option. Worst experience in a hotel that I can remember including the very rude staff person.

This is the best hotel to stay at when going to conferences at convention center. Really clean rooms. Right on riverfront path by pybus market. You can access convention center and Downtown via pedestrian bridge across railroad yard. Bridge need more lighting at night though. Riverfront path is a bit sketchy in late evening

Great staff however I only booked this hotel for use of a pool and hott tub. After checking in the very sweet gal at front desk tells me the pool is open until 10 PM. MY husband and I ordered drinks and I walked down hallway to see the pool. To my disappointment the pool and hott tub was in fact closed down until further notice. GREAT drinks but no pool.

My stay in Wenatchee, WA, was wonderful until an unpleasant interaction with a front desk employee named Mellisa at the Hilton hotel. Our original checkout time was noon, but my husband extended it to 1 p.m. as he was finishing work on a project in town. While waiting with my children, ages 6, 4, and 1.5, we went for a walk and returned feeling slightly cold. When I greeted Mellisa and confirmed the extended checkout, she acknowledged it but spoke to me in a rude tone. As an Asian woman with mixed-race children, I couldnāt help but feel singled out by her dismissive and unfriendly behavior. While making hot cocoa for my kids, I asked Mellisa if she had a drink carrier. She curtly replied that the hotel didnāt have any. When I asked if I could check with the restaurant, she insisted none were available in the entire hotel. Her dismissive tone persisted when I pointed out that I had seen other guests with drink carriers. She insisted they must have brought them from elsewhere. Interestingly, just that morning, a staff member delivering breakfast to me in the lobby (where food is delivered due to no room service) had provided a drink carrier ājust in case,ā as evidenced in the photo I took upon returning to my room. Following this, Mellisa began storming around and using her walkie-talkie aggressively. When I asked for her name again, she didnāt respond. I asked a second time, and she turned around and pointed to her name tag. While seated, she also yelled at my children not to touch the Christmas decorations, which were lightweight, non-breakable table pieces. This behavior was deeply uncomfortable, especially in an area where diversity is less common. As paying guests of a well-known hotel brand, I did not expect to be treated with such hostility while others appeared to receive better treatment. It was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I was warmly greeted as I walked in the door by Alexa & Sherry. They both were super kind and welcoming. Getting to chat a little bit with them while at the desk you can tell that they have a wonderful guest first attitude. The hotel itself looked like it is fairly new or just been renovated. The atmosphere in the lobby was relaxing and they even have a nice patio that is well lit with string lights and soft music to sit and relax on and enjoy the evening. The rooms were outfitted very nicely, smelt great, comfortable bed and a nice sized shower with plenty of hot water. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.
