This place is a dump ! Walls are stained , Scratch marks everywhere, building is dirty , the pictures lie …. Those pictures are from when the property was new ! Very misleading. Do not stay here ….And I found a roach crawling by the TV . Do not stay here !

I frequently stay at various Motel 6 facilities, and - as many know - they range from pretty grungy to excellent, with a lot in-between. This one is near the bottom of the pack, and I recommend finding other lodging in Vancouver. Sadly, most of what is wrong could be remedied if the owner gave a **** about his/her customers...and for not a huge amount of money. Mold all over the bathroom, large sections of paint missing from walls and trim. Absolutely no outlets available for use by the guest, without having to unplug either the microwave or the lamp or TV. One outlet in bathroom is unusable b/c there is no flat surface on which to place a device being used or charged....only a pedestal sink with no edge, no countertop at all. No way to charge phone or any other device near either bed. Electronic lock gave no appearance of being functional. Front-desk staff at check-in was friendly and efficient - and she is not to blame for the owner's decisions to let this facility rot while still renting it out. Go somewhere else - this place is bottom-of-the-barrel for a Motel 6.

Don't stay here rooms are unsafe locks don't lock the peep holes or scratch so you can't see out of them bugs all over the place blood on the walls in the bathroom just look at the pictures and we were scheduled for 7 days left after the first night in the morning the bathroom door is built in such a way that it rubs against the bottom of the doorway when you do get it shut you get stuck inside and you have to actually beat on it and push to get out that's not too bad in itself but the actual blood that is all over the place on the smoke detector on the vent and the bathroom on the walls in the bedroom on it's all over the place spit all over the walls no attempt to clean it I could sit right there and scratch it right off it was disgusting the bottom of the beds were falling apart I would have been safer sleeping in the homeless camp I can't believe I had to pay for one night of this living nightmare like I said I was scheduled for 7 days we left in the morning the very first night we were refunded the last 6 days I still think it should have been seven days because we slept in our clothes and we actually argued with each other on how disgusting the room was and why did we pick this place just don't want this to be anybody else's nightmare I guess if you have nothing then go but if you have stayed at other hotels and know what a decent one is like this one will keep you awake all night like myself I didn't sleep the whole night there was a little black bug running around that I couldn't catch and I finally squished his butt but don't go here one good thing is they do refund the money for the days you didn't stay I still think I shouldn't have paid for the first night but I was happy to get something back

The rooms are gross and smell horrible, people are standing around outside their rooms drinking and smoking Marijuana, then watch you in an unfriendly way as you walk to your room. People are out still wandering around at 1-2am in the parking lot. We arrived here very late or we would have just turned around and left immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE.

A beautifully immersive third world experience right in Vancouver! Charged for 4 nights at the Vancouver Motel 6 then they cancelled my reservation overnight as I was staying in their hotel. Housekeeping came by in the morning and began pounding on the door and screaming that my partner and I had to leave right then and threatened us with police action even though we explained we were talking to corporate. Corporate was no help whatsoever because apparently Vancouver motel 6 is owned by a different parent company. A company no one will name so I can't get a refund. G6 corporate was uninterested in the fact that they threatened us with police action, corporate was only concerned that they did not have a working phone number. Spent multiple hours on the phone with several different customer service reps as well as supervisors, I called 9723609000, 18005573435, 18003926677, 5037352255, 8338980981, 18004668356. No one would refund me or tell me who the parent company of Vancouver Motel 6 is. Drug deals happened directly in front of both us and staff with no repercussions. Car was being watched so we left nothing inside and it was still being scouted out. Free coffee is only available to staff, within eye sight of the lobby but we were told it was for staff only. Threatened to charge us a late checkout fee while they could hear us talking to corporate about the issue. The manager on staff was only concerned that corporate cared their phone was not working. Had zero empathy or understanding for our situation, only concern for herself and her hotel. Blacklisted us so we could never stay there again in response to her getting in trouble with corporate.
