Best Western Plus Vancouver Mall Dr. Hotel & Suites

It was very comfortable. Staff was awesome. Incredibly pleasant, willing to go the extra mile. Snacks available. Fitness area. Nice heated pool with a hot tub for soaking after a long day. Clean. I can't stress the cleanliness and notice to detail more. Way above some of the other chains at this price.Amenities were great. Kids loved it. Beautiful landscaped grounds. Chandelier in the lobby made the kids jaws drop! Just beautiful! Definitely staying again. 5 stars!

Josh and Juana are the best clerks at the Best Western front desk They are very friendly and helpful It was my pleasure to meet them both I had a long drive and their smiling faces and kindness meant a lot that day The hotel is at a good location, just off the highway

This BW is in a great location to get to anywhere. The room was warm & spacious with a great view from the 4th floor. The t.v. worked clear & great, shower was warm enough & the breakfast was good. There were more options than most of the BW we have gone to. The staff all around were very friendly, especially Amy who met us upon arrival. She greeted us as a friend & was willing to answer any questions we had.

Kaitlin , Josh, any and Sarah W always go above and beyond, and really make your stay excellent. They really know the meaning of customer service, they deserve a raise... I stay here only because of them. Oh and the breakfast is literally the best in town... Oh and thanks to the other Sarah for that!!!

The bed was so comfortable along with the couch and chair. Close to Vancouver Mall for some great shopping. Warm cookies each night in the lobby. We always stay here when we are visiting the area. It has a wonderful breakfast each morning. It is our home away from home when we are visiting our Granddaughter and her family.
