Best Western Tumwater Olympia Inn

We left wedding ring on the bedside table - our mistake 100% - but the hotel did nothing, wouldn’t even return our call. I’ve left valuable things in other hotels and the staff went out of their way to find and return it to me. I would not trust this hotel, don’t leave anything of value in your room ever.

In a dumpy location behind old abandoned building. Shabby. Allowed a dog. Poor room lighting, Bed look slept in. Very noisy next door, even after complaint, took long time to quiet down, then we could hear the noise-makers even clearing their throats! The bed must have been next to our shared wall-thin walls!!! Did not sleep most of night, felt dirty and horrible. Worst hotel experience ever and I am old!

front desk staff was very helpful, friendly. The services, hotel room and breakfast was what I expect from Best Western. Clean, comfortable and where I wanted to be when on the road. We did not use the hot tub. It was right off the fitness room and was small. Breakfast choices contained hot and cold options

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Tumwater Olympia Inn. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great! The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hot tub room was clean, and the workout room was full of top-of-the-line machines and the temperature in the room was nice and cool! All in all, a great experience.
