La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Spokane Downtown

The room was great. But the sink was clogged the entire time and the front staff couldn’t do nothing about it as we only checked in around midnight and no one came in the morning either. Even the shower drain was super slow. Major inconvenience!

Hotel made you feel safe even though there is a lot of homeless people walking around. They have the doors locked. Could have had body wash somewhere but didn’t find it. Breakfast was okay but ran out of things quickly. Would go back if I had a choice

We were not expecting such a nice place in Downtown Spokane, but found this the . best La Quinta my husband and I have visited. First, we were texted prior to our visit to welcome us and see if we had special needs. Next, we were met by the GM Justin. He was stellar. We needed a quiet room, and he found one that was perfect. The hotel was clean and we felt safe. The area isn’t the best, but the hotel has made it as secure as possible with locked doors, gated parking and visible security personnel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the sausage. The location for all-things-downtown-Spokane is fabulous. Our bed was comfortable, and our room was spotless. We loved the hot water and rain-type shower. The attention to detail at this hotel was obvious. Highly recommend.

Staff were so accommodating, friendly, and professional. Room was clean and halls were quiet. They were so helpful and went the extra mile to make my stay feel less stressful after I got out of the hospital for a kidney transplant. This will be my place to stay any time I will stay in Spokane!

A lot of reviews depict this hotel as being run down and unsafe. I felt polar opposite! Something’s are way out of the Hotels control and they shouldn’t be penalized with negative reviews for homelessness. Yes folks there are homeless people but they hang out across 4 lanes of traffic and they bothered no one! If you don’t like the sight of homeless people, book your hotel in the sky! The parking lot is gated although the front entrance is not gated I still felt safe and didn’t fear my car would be tampered with. Just like parking at a shopping mall or a grocery store don’t leave valuables in your vehicle - DUH! The hotel doors stay locked 24 hours a day and accessed with your hotel key card or front desk buzzes you in. This hotel was very very clean and well kept! I expected this hotel to not resemble the 4 Seasons or even the Ritz. For the price we spent it was fair being that we barely spent time there - we had everything we needed to make us comfortable. Need I mention the FREE BREAKFAST! Which was surprisingly delicious being that it’s FREE!
