Very comfortable, with a view of the Space Needle from our room. We had the planned on using same-day laundry service, which bigger hotels would have had, so we were really disappointed to have to spend part of our precious day in Seattle at a laundromat instead.

What an amazing hotel! Everything was top notch! Location, decor, staff, room, etc… Very clean and loved all the special touches! The robes were fun, staff was very friendly, bar & drinks were so fun. It was a beautiful weekend and could easily walk to the Climate Pledge Arena and jump on the Monorail to Pike Place market. We walked up Queen Anne hill and had an amazing breakfast at 5 Spot. We will definitely be back!

Bed was really comfortable. The amenities fees are crazy but it's like that at every hotel in Seattle now. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked that you had to scan your card on the elevator to even go up to you floor it made it feel very safe.i would book again.

Staff was great and super clean room. Easy parking Good coffee and I really like the water bottle. And the big comfortable blankets were warm and cozy. Wanted to try the pool but did not have the time. We will be back and enjoy the comforts again

The location was great and maybe that's the selling point. Being able to walk to the Space Needle was amazing. Otherwise, the furniture and furnishings seemed a bit aged and the wifi was terrible since it's something you're forced to pay for. In order to work, I needed to use my personal hotspot several times on multiple days because the wifi was so spotty. I overheard another couple complaining about the wifi so it's probably not just us. After check-out, we noticed a charge for Dash the pineapple dog and we were about to have a fit - thankfully they went back to the room and found Dash in a drawer somewhere. I wonder how often this happens to other people. Be sure to check your final charges! The re-fillable water bottles were a nice touch.
