Stayed here for a work trip for 5 nights. Overall the hotel was decent. Decent sized rooms with full kitchens and even a balcony although some rooms are slightly larger and smaller than others. My room was on the 9th floor which required taking the main elevator to the 8th, walking to the middle of the floor, and taking another elevator up one more flight. Had a portable fan in my room which may suggest a issue with the AC at one point as my coworkers did not have the same in their rooms. However it helped to provide some white noise at night. Upon check in on the first day, the front desk clerk wrote a room number on my key card so I went to the room attempting to open the room with my new key. It denied access so I called the front desk from the courtesy phone in the hallway and discovered he wrote the wrong room number on the card. Could have been embarrassing but I guess it was an innocent mistake. Housekeeping likes to toss changed linens all over all the hallways so if you arrive too early, you have to side steps piles of bedding to get to the room. The hotel is walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffeehouses, and the Public Market down by the waterfront. I felt safe walking around after work but I could see how others may think differently especially at night. On Wednesdays, the hotel hosts a mini happy hour in the buffet area for guests. It is also across the street from the convention center. The last night of the trip (Friday night) brought more guests to the hotel and end up with a party next door. Even after they were asked to quiet down by security, I could hear drawers and shelves banging and doors slamming most of the night but I was leaving early the next morning so just dealt with it. Overall the price was right and it was central to everything so I would stay here again if I had another trip to the area.

Thereās quite a few things at this Hilton property that was disappointing for me. Not only is it dated, it was not as clean as I always expected. Getting to the 9th floor was out of the ordinary; the elevator stops at the 8th floor, then one needs to take another elevator to take you to the 9th. Breakfast was the same during our 3day stay. Also, the wifi was very weak that I simply used my data throughout my stay. The only consolation was that itās a 1 mile walk to Pike Place Market.

The 3 of us stayed three nights in a Premium King Suite (Sat-Tues) for under $950 including fees. with the daily complimentary hot breakfast (exceptional variety!),first come first serve 24 hour drink station, which of course includes Starbucks brewed coffee, and daily replenishments with drinks & snacks in our room.. the only thing Iād complain about is the cleanliness of our room. Ir couldve used a deep cleaning

A very disappointing Hilton experience. The polite staff is the only reason Iām giving a 2. The room was dank, outdated, and reeked of cigarettes. It was hot, had flying insects, and a dishwasher full of the previous guest's dirty dishes. The shower/bathtub had to have a handicapped bar so you could pull yourself up into it and lower yourself out of it. Iāve not seen a more dangerous bathroom in a hotel before this one. If we had required this room for more than a night's sleep, I would have left immediately to find other accommodations. Our room was a 1 bedroom family suite with a separate living/kitchen area.

Homeless forces them to lock lobby doors. Encampment directly across the entry. And if you get the right room they can watch you so you have to suffer in a dimly light room using a flashlight, Parking was horrible the 5 floor obstacle course is one thing but trying to part in such tight spaces, as I was unfortunate and incited damage. Carpet was so dirty was had to wear shoes everywhere including the bathroom. The doors did not open or close, so if you have a teenager that deserves her privacy be aware. And after I reported all this they kindly said thank you for you stay as they handed me the bill. Terrible!
