Hyatt Regency Seattle

Stayed over a weekend for a convention. Main draw was proximity to the Seattle convention center. Didn’t have to rent a car or uber, which was really nice. Paid for a corner high floor room. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Pretty standard otherwise. The shower was glass walled and there wasn’t a door (intentional), which was kinda weird. I will say I was impressed they had a Babyliss Pro hair dryer, which I’ve never seen anywhere else (most hotels have the cheap Conair hair dryers). The second floor has a market cafe. We got breakfast there one morning and it was quite expensive for what it was. In addition to attending the convention, was able to walk to the aquarium and pikes place from this location comfortably. I will stay here again if I attend the convention again next year. It was overall a good experience. Wish they had a pool!

I was so impressed with the staff of this hotel. The ambiance and overall look and feel of the hotel was so lovely and welcoming, but the staff by far made this stay for me exceptional. I felt so taken care of and valued as a client, it was a very wonderful experience. I have been in the hotel business for 40 years, and was really impressed with this hotel, staff and management team...thank you so much for a great, memorable experience!

I've been to nearly all the Seattle area Hyatt hotels including 2 that are no longer in the Hyatt program. We keep coming back to the Seattle Regency despite liking all the Hyatts. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, from cheery helpful check-in staff to restaurant staff that remembers us and it feels like visiting with old friends. IMHO, the level of staff friendliness reflects on the high quality of management .

Love this location, right next to the convention center. Room was nice and clean. We've been coming to this hotel for over 5 years. Quick service restaurant on the 2nd floor. Near a lot of restaurants, Din Tai Fung and Pike Place Chowder. Only 0.5 mile to Pike Market Place.

Perfect location as a base to visit Seattle. We were lucky with the weather (very little rain) and enjoyed tulips, National parks, and general downtown sightseeing and restaurants. The concierge provided great advice to visit Whidbey Island after seeing the tulips. Very nice breakfast.
