We have family in Tri-Cities and often stay with them. Previously we've stayed at a big chain hotel which that was a lower priced than The Lodge. This was our first time staying here. It was clean, quiet and a great location near a couple of the Tri-Cities restaurants that we like. I wish that the beds were more comfortable; although they were not terrible, they weren't great. Front desk staff were nice. Service in the bar Saturday evening was good. The restaurant staff on Sunday morning was somewhat unfriendly. Granted they were busy and understaffed so I wouldn't rate them too harshly. Despite the additional cost, I will consider staying here in the future.

A great place to relax, walk the trail system, stretch in the pool and hot tub and grab a bit to eat. The staff take great care in the hotel and it is evident all around you. It is clean and well maintained and ready to be enjoyed.

We live in the same city as the Lodge, and frequently see it when we enjoy activites around the Columbia Point marina -- We had to cancel our out-of-town Valentines plans because of a snowstorm, so we decided to have a fancy staycation instead. The restaurant had a 3 course wine and food pairing for Valentines day that we had delivered to our room -- I had the best Fillet Mignon I've ever eaten that night. Our room had a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the Marina and the Columbia River, from the third floor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Lodge. We will be doing this again!

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. I stayed a week. From the front desk, waitstaff, bartenders and housekeeping all were a pleasant experience. They all went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here occasionally for the past 4-5 years. Enjoy the hotel and staff, rooms clean, beds are comfy on the firm side and room was stocked with various amenities like wine and munchies. Ice freezer on every floor with prepackaged gallon bags so no elevator ride carrying that little bucket! We have done the Spa which was nice, dined in and it was good, taken the river cruise once and just had nice evenings sitting out on our riverside balcony people and scenery watching. Within sight and walking distance to (I think) 4 different places to eat. We prefer LuLu Craft Kitchen. Less than 1/2 mile to Winco foods and other amenities.
