Clarion Inn Renton Seattle

One I was skeptic about and have Hilton discounts and chose this place due to their reviews and affordable prices for 5 days for under $350. Staying here was exceptional service, great breakfast and awesome service by the front desk and management. Had to also catch my late flight and hotel Clarion were accommodating and understanding plus helped me out when they didn't have too. Great location in Renton Washington when your ubering places. Thank you for your great customer service and hosting our stay in your hotel for 5 days. Me and hubby Lini Tongamana will be returning there again in the future. Stay away from this place. We stayed here because we didn’t want to drive the night we landed from San Fco due to the winter weather advisory. We requested for a late check-out the night we arrived but the next morning at 9am, house-keeping was prodding us so they could clean up despite letting them know we were checking out late like they were trying to keep up with their schedule, rude. The guy serving breakfast was rude too. Apart from that, the heater wasn’t working right and the carpet felt damp.

This is not what I expected from a Choice hotel. Despite the no-smoking notice at the front desk, this entire hotel smells like a giant pot hotbox. It is not well maintained and our room was completely missing the smoke detector, with the hole and bare wires visible. My husband moved the bed to plug in his phone and a used condom was behind the mattress. We had to leave. The manager was apologetic, which was great, but potheads have taken over his hotel and it’s not good.

Stay far away from this hotel. Walls & ceiling are paper thin; so you hear everything. Rooms are dated, beds are HORRIBLE and hard. Breakfast is barely palatable. The sausage looks as if was boiled. Saving grace is the waffles location sucks

I can not believe that this hotel is open! Police there three nights in a row, prostitution and theft from the hotel staff! We requested our room be serviced and it never happened! Sleep in your car before staying here! My daughter broke out sleep in there bed!
