Best Western Plus Renton Inn

Diana at the front desk is RUDE. My first experience with her I thought maybe she's having a bad day. But honestly, it's now been day 6 and she is still awful. She will cut you off mid sentence. My son wanted to switch rooms and she said she couldn't do it unless there was a fee. No one asked for a discount. All he asked was to simply get a new room. If there's a fee then there's a fee. Get him a new room. She was unpleasant and not a person that should be working with customers.

I landed seatac in the rain after a 6 hour flight with bumps. rented a car and I was SO SICK I barely made it driving a few miles when I saw your sign. I staggered in and Osmeyrey at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful, compassionate or professional. I THANK HER and her amazing instincts! She is a shining star. Truly saved me -- also Diana the next day was super helpful. Thank you.

This Best Western exceeded my expectations until our 2nd day. Our toilet stopped working and we were given a cheap plunger that did not work. There was toilet water all over floor, it smelled. Management never called me. If it wasn't for that we had a great time. Nice location up on a hill right off the freeway. Clean room, comfy beds. All the staff were super nice, I even met an Army! The waiting room was inviting with a decorated tree. Best part was 24hr coffee machine.

We had to make a room change after our first night. It was handled very well. A big shout out to the maintenance man, a guy named Ted. Who helped out with our room swap! I would recommend this hotel. It was affordable and very convenient for us to visit family in Renton. We have stayed in a bunch of hotels in Renton over the years. The Best Western will now be our “go to” hotel for future trips to Renton.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and not too far from Lumen Field. The hotel and especially it's staff exceeded our expectations. Diana at the front desk was exceptional. She greeted us with a smile, answered all our questions very patiently and gave us great recommendations. Blanca and Dorely from housekeeping went out of their way to get us our room early. It was clean and very well kept. Great location and best of all great staff. Will return for sure.
