Second time using this hotel. Staff are friendly, food is fresh and most importantly the beds are comfy. We stayed in a suite which is basically just a larger room. Plenty of towels and outlets. My only complaint was there was no extra blanket in the closet

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, a nice variety; just wished it was longer in the morning. Convenient location to all. The heater /AC did not work well; had to just use the fan. Water pressure was great in the shower!!!!

Stayed a couple of days while touring Seattle. Redmond is a suburb so you will need to drive if you wish to tour Seattle. We decided to stay in Redmond as Seattle has some "bad" areas and costs are less and hotels newer. Were granted early check-in without an extra fee which allowed us to drop off luggage before going into Seattle. Front desk lady was outgoing, friendly and a good conversationalist. Room was good sized and laid out well. Third floor is non-smoking and we were told no pets were allowed on this floor (my wife is allergic to dog hair) however, we noticed a non service dog in the third floor hallway. Serve yourself breakfast was good with multiple choices. Our room and the entire hotel is very clean. They do seem to have a problem either keeping equipment in working order or getting equipment serviced timely. One of two elevators was out of order; ice machines on two floors were not working and the orange juice dispenser was broken. Odd this is a relatively new hotel. Convenient access to major highways and large free parking lot. You will need to drive to restaurants for dinner as most are in downtown Redmond about 10 minutes or a mile away the other side of major highway

My husband brought our toddler and I along on his work trip and this is where we stayed. The staff is welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The front office manager, Keela P, fixed our travel agentās mistake immediately, free of charge, with no hesitation. And Pat H was knowledgeable, helpful and always so sweet to our rambunctious toddler. We truly felt her warmth every time we interacted with her. Coffee, tea and water is available in the lobby 24/7, the gym has long hours, is clean and usually empty. The pool has long hours as well, was only closed for a day and opened very promptly by staff. (We were very pleased with the excellent communication regarding the pool as well, as we were bummed it was closed and thought it would be out for longer) The room was spacious and clean, shower products were great quality and smell lovely, and we had no issues receiving anything we needed. Complimentary breakfast was also decent. Very standard hotel breakfast with a rotation of items throughout the week. We are very happy with this hotel, would definitely recommend it and stay here again!

The location is good - stores, gas stations, etc. in the area. The room was clean and had a typical layout for a Hampton Inn. There are multiple USB ports for charging electronics (both bedside tables and main area). We got the digital key but had issues with it almost every time we tried to use it - it would just spin, then when I clicked "try againā, I got an error and had to exit and go back in - sometimes more than once. I made sure I was on wi-fi, but that didn't make any difference. You had to use the digital key in the elevator, so this was really a pain. We bypassed the front desk but had issues getting the key to work in the elevator and asked for assistance. The man who came to help wasn't necessarily rude but was obviously not happy that we were bothering him. Someone came in with a physical key (that worked), so that took care of it. I have used digital keys before and never had an issue, but it was such a hassle, I won't do it again. I do not suggest the free breakfast. Scrambled eggs were edible, but that is the best I can say about them. the bacon was extremely hard and crunchy. The fruit looked like it hasd been setting out for hours (It was Sunday, so hours were 7AM to 10AM. We went about 8:00). I only got a few eggs and couldn't eat the bacon, so decided to get cereal. Poured the cereal, but the milk was out, so had to toss it. The coffee in the room was was not very strong, so I went to get a cup of coffee, but it had run out. I hadn't used the app to checkout previously but thought I would try it - I didn't see it offhand, and didn't have time to look for it, so checked out at the front desk. I asked the agent if checkout functionality was available in the app, and she was extremely rude and not helpful. The conversation went something like this: ME: "I was going to check out using the app but didn't see where to do that. Is that a functionality in the app? AGENT: "That's not my problem". ME: "Well, it's your app, isn't it?" AGENT: "It's not my app". ME: "It is a Hilton app, isn't it" AGENT: "if it isn't working, you need to get in touch with your provider" ME: I didn't say it wasn't working, I was asking if you can use the app to checkout." AGENT: "I donāt know anything about it". Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
