Very Disappointed with my room. 2 20 inch suitcases, One for me and one for my wife, filled the room to the point it was difficult to move around. Walk into the bathroom and unless you folded the shower curtin back you ran into it getting to the toilet. Very disappointed and with all my stays over the last several years, we'll over 100, this was the most disappointing

This is a nicely quiet hotel, and extremely well laid out (a very bright and large dining area that is quite large, and a front desk with room for several guests to cue up to check-in/out/ask questions, etc.) We want to make sure you know that this is one of the best Best Western Plus hotels we've stayed at. Great staff, and really good facilities and breakfast food (hot dishes, fresh fruit, and premium pastries that are individually wrapped for freshness.) Staying here in the summer will include open pool doors that allow using the active pool (a pool and hot tub) along with a nicely designed lounge area. Parking is ample and easy to access (and free!), and we experienced no security issues while there. There is a Denny's restaurant within a few paces from the entrance, and it is newer facility and well staffed as well (we had good food, and milk shakes that were REALLY REALLY DELICIOUS.) You are very close to the Puyallup Mall, and it is easy to go shopping and/or pickup extra groceries if you need. One of the little touches we enjoyed was having copies of The Wall Street Journal available at the front desk in the morning. Even if you prefer other papers, having the WSJ is a nice option to keep current with news and other events. There are two televisions in the dining area, but neither of them was abtrusive (loud) and were tuned to easy programming to enjoy. We were there for 9 days, and we can attest that staff were very friendly and attentive each of those days. We had one small bathroom issue, and the it was addressed in less than an hour from reporting it. Front desk were engaging and interested in how we were enjoying our stay, which (frankly) is becoming more of an exception than the rule. Dining room staff keep the area clean and the food hot and well stocked. You will see plently of quality of choices, with a few changes to the menu if you stay over several days as we did. We could go on, but - hopefully you can tell that this BWP is well above average in quality of staff and facilities. We have every intention to stay there again on our next stay. We have stayed in at least 12 different hotels in the south puget sound area over the past 3 years, and all of them had some issue that was bothersome or downright unpleasant. This BWP was great from start to finish. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Super clean and friendly staff. Great amenities, I love that the pool is open until 11 PM! Hot tub was not very warm, but the jets made up for it for me! I still had a very relaxing time. Right next door to Denny's which is convenient. Cecelia at the front desk was very kind and helpful at check out. Plenty of parking available. Good place to stay for a staycation or if you're just passing through!

The rooms are VERY dated and you can not control the temperature in your room. DEFINITELY NOT worth the money. Took a long time to get the hot water in the shower and it looks very old and tiles need to be updated. The staff was pleasant and professional. Go to a different hotel.

Superb facility that has maintained its high standards for the 20 years I have been a guest. Just renovated the dining area and lobby and they are spectacular. First rate staff in every respect. Immaculate rooms due to great housekeeping. Same GM for years makes everything work. Breakfasts, complimentary, are outstanding. I have nothing negative to say and I am fussy.
