Terrible customer service. Rooms are basic and outdated, showers have no pressure. WIFI is the worst I’ve seen, makes working remotely extremely difficult. 100% agree with the comments on office being closed at random times and then them saying it’s open when you call the corporate number. All around bad.

They tried to take out 400 bucks, when called, they said because sheets were dirty and towels too.!!! i took photos before and after. There was already damages in the room, which I said, that they said “were aware of” they just try to get money out of people. They’ll be hearing from my lawyer. Never in my life have I experienced this, and I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels. These people are horrible. Morgan is mean and rude, and should be fired. She hung up on me twice when I asked to speak with management. I’d like to know who owns this building, bc I have some choice words for them. I even left the place clean too. Very disappointed in this place.

The ONLY thing going for this hotel is that the outside looks good and the close proximity to Light Rail! 5 min away and Free parking. As another reviewer pointed out…”you can definitely do better, look for a different place to stay”. The staff were rude, poor customer service, office always locked and then when you call office they lie and say they are there and doors were unlocked. Checkin was a nightmare. We were there at 1:45 in afternoon to see if we could check in early. We were told strict checkin time of 3pm. So we waited. They assured us that our three rooms would be grouped together, upon check in they were not and only one room available. We had to wait for the other two to be cleaned (after 3pm). We got our second room around 4. We had dinner plans in the city that had to be postponed in order to get into our 3rd room which still was not ready by 5:30! We were not leaving without getting a room because the motel was full. We didn’t end up getting to eat dinner until 9pm downtown. After the first night, we needed to ask to switch rooms due to the thick smell of mold after running the bathroom fan Room 217. I woke up in the middle of the night with the worst headache. The bathroom was not clean. My daughter refused to shower. Mildew covered in shower with thick layers of silicone. Chunks had been cut out of ceiling to remove water damage, patched and painted. The bathroom fan vent looked like it had been dipped in brown cotton candy with the amount of dust! Cockroaches!

Review of Manager Travis at Studio 6** I stay at the studio 6 quite often to be close to my mom and am always thoroughly impressed by the dedication and hard work exhibited by the manager, Travis. In a location that is often associated with the challenges of being near Aurora Avenue, Travis stands out as a beacon of professionalism and resilience. Travis faces a unique set of challenges in managing this property. The proximity to Aurora Avenue means that the clientele can sometimes bring a level of unpredictability, Yet, through it all, Travis remains steadfast in his commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. His ability to navigate these complexities with calm and poise is commendable and speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. During my stay, I witnessed Travis handle a particularly difficult situation with a guest who was clearly not adhering to the rules of the establishment. This woman was breaking the guidelines that are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons. Travis approached her with professionalism, issuing a warning while remaining composed and respectful. Unfortunately, the guest did not take this feedback to heart and continued her disruptive behavior, leading to the decision that she needed to leave the premises. It's disheartening to see that this individual has resorted to leaving one-star reviews out of spite rather than reflecting on her own actions. This kind of retaliatory behavior is not only immature but also highlights a lack of accountability. Travis, on the other hand, embodies maturity and responsibility. He understands that rules are in place for the well-being of everyone at the studio, and he’s committed to enforcing them even when faced with backlash. Travis’s ability to remain strong in the face of such drama exemplifies his dedication to his role. He tirelessly works to ensure that Studio 6 is a safe haven for guests who respect the property and its rules. His fair and consistent management style fosters a sense of community among tenants who appreciate the stability he brings to the environment. In conclusion, Travis is a remarkable manager who deserves recognition for his hard work and commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere at Studio 6. His professionalism in handling difficult situations, like the one involving the disruptive guest, is a testament to his character. If you’re looking for a place that is well-managed, with a manager who genuinely cares about the guests and their experiences, I highly recommend Studio 6 under Travis’s leadership. I also want to mention Morgan and her dedicated hard work!!! I believe she goes above and beyond and should be recognized by studio 6 owners and definitely deserves a raise!!! She can come off a little rough around the edges, but as long as you don’t her disrespect her she is an amazing employee! It's truly sad to see how some individuals are targeting Travis and Morgan, claiming they are rude and lacking in customer service skills and it especially discuss me when somebody targets the way somebody looks !!! The truth is, it’s often the customers who are being disrespectful. I have been staying here mostly 2 to 3 weeks out of a month for the last 6 months and I’ve never seen them be rude or disrespectful mostly, it is the customer who doesn’t get their way who wants to be disrespectful ! Travis and Morgan simply refuse to tolerate rude behavior, and when their responses don’t meet the expectations of these customers, they suddenly become the bad guys in their reviews. This misrepresentation is frustrating and unfair. Effective customer service should involve mutual respect, and it’s disappointing to see that some people choose to overlook that in their feedback.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was a nice stay. The room was clean with a small kitchenette. There is plenty of parking ant this motel and it’s in a quiet safe neighborhood. There’s a nice Mexican restaurant across the street and a McDonald’s and grocery store are also nearby. There’s local Sound Transit station close by that can be easily reached by walking or driving to, and at the transit station you can take the light rail train to Seattle, thus avoiding the traffic on nearby I-5 freeway & parking lots in Seattle.
